It was way too hot and the air too dry in the room. Opening the window only brought temporary relief. The heating system was turned off.

Location

The room is enough for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The U-Bahn-station is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The door of the bathroom was defect. It was very difficult to close and open. In the first breakfast the bread was hard already. The next day it was okay. There was no elevator direct to the garage.

Bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Close to the lidl and Machtlefinger St. station which was conveniently on the U3 into town. On checking in the staff at the desk tried to charge me 120 euros more than what was agreed on booking.com on my reservation. It should not have been up to me to challenge and persuade the attendant at the reception to honour the agreed price. The hotel does not do room cleans as a standard and you need to ask each night for it for the following day. We followed this procedure and asked for our room to be serviced at 11 am for the following day and when we got back to our room after the day out the following day it had not been serviced. We went to reception and were able to pickup fresh towels and some coffee pods but we couldnt get fresh water bottles or milk for coffees and it just meant the room felt like a mess for what was meant to be a romantic stay. Beds and towels were as we had left them - this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The room service team arrived the morning of our check out at 8 am wanting to room clean which doesnt make sense given it was check out day - seems very disorganised. We had booked a superior room which felt quite small considering - the room was narrow with only space for one bed side table. Reception and bar seemed understaffed always had to wait to get the attention from someone.

First got a room that was already taken, reception just gave a new room card without much apologies. The hotel feels like closing down any day, very random maintenance, full of spider web and stains. TV in room useless as no broadcast channels and no smart features either. Not even a water cattle in room and mini fridge is out of order.

Air Conditioner was not working. Our room looked like a sauna. We stayed there last year and we had the same issue.

We stayed here twice and were happy with the location on the outskirts of Munich with plenty of on-street parking. The hotel is also within a few minutes walk of the underground line 3 which leads to the centre (Marienplatz) within ca. 25 mins. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. All in all a nice, clean hotel, would recommend.

The hotel was quite affordable, clean and hygienic. The staff members were kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient, easily accessible via U-Bahn. It's in a quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend. The breakfast was quite expensive, we did not try it.

The staff is very pleasant people and always responsive, however the hotel lacks of cleaning. The floor and the carpet was dirty and inside our room on the corner we were hosting a big spider. Plus they don’t mention but it’s 21€ per person for breakfast which is ridiculous of course we didn’t even try and preferred to find LIDL and buy from there

Location is close to city center by u bahn. Lidl (big supermarket) just next to the hotel.
