Easy access to the building with a pin code, the room had modern decoration/ furniture, and it had a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located next to a busy road, directly at traffic lights, so there is lots of noise from traffic. The room I had was located directly next to the staircase and elevator, which meant there was also noise from people entering and leaving the building in the middle of the night and early morning. There was no airconditioning in the room and therefore it was uncomfortably warm (28 degrees celsius). Slept very poorly due to the noise and heat. The toilet was dirty when I first arrived and the shower drain was clogged. I did not receive any confirmation after paying for parking, which meant I had to call customer service because there is no staff onsite to help. Would not recommend - very expensive for a disappointing experience.

Nice, modern apartment! Maybe 10 minutes from the metro station.

Clean, felt safe, walking distance to groceries and restaurants, not too far from transit if walking. Everything seemed fine.

Heated floors were great. Nice big shower and bathroom, nice comfortable big bed. 2 pillows per person automatically provided. Fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, stainless steel kettle, kitchen counter space, desk and separate table. All lovely. Parking at this hotel is sort of a nightmare as they only have a few spots you have to reserve and the streets around it are very full of cars in evenings/nights. It was a little difficult to get in at first (uploading passport scans from our rental car to an app at night) but once we figured it out everything worked great.

It was a little cheaper than some. Cleaning was good. Appreciated the washer and dryer downstairs. They save all of their staff costs because they don’t have a single staff person at the hotel, they don’t even provide a telephone help line (only text), and they don’t even pass the savings on to the client, charging 175 to 250 euros a night for a one bed room. Their check in process is a nightmare for non techies, and their integration with booking engines like trip.com non existent: the booking numbers are not recognized by Numa, leaving guests stranded on the street without help. The WeWash app is a great concept poorly executed, as opening and closing the door leaves the washing machine inoperative. The building is poorly laid out. You have to walk in the cold open to go to the laundry room from many rooms. The location, building and rooms are bland. The ubiquitous keypads were too small and with bad sensors. If you designed a hotel to save money for everyone but the one paying, this is how you would do it.

Loud room. Very poor, unresponsive customer service. Answering your WhatsApp text quickly, does not equal to solving the issue and actual providing service. Our issues weren’t resolved until we left.

Spacious room and all newly furnished and built. Easy to check in. Keyless is always good :) Location is not that great ı think. Yes you can get your U3 line which directly goes to center but to get there you either walk (15 mins) or get a bus for 2 stops to get there. And then again metro. Other than location it’s very good. Only there were some hairs in bathroom and in the bedroom but can happen I guess.

There were no napkins in the coffe corner. This is my second stay in March coffee was much better the previous time. The TV has no international news channel. Nothing in English. We had our prime video in tablet however we were not able to cast. The "tv system" did not recognise our account

I am very pleased staying at Numa Munich... I will do it again... Thanks!

Excellent, comfortable facilities. Great value for money. Bit of a trek to get to the city centre but that's reflected in the price so no argument there.

A wonderful place in a peaceful district of Munich, very close to getting to the Bus station (Hackerbrucke), Central train station(München Hauptbahnhof) and Marienplatz. For transportation, mainly use S7 and, also U3.
