Had an amazing stay. Front desk staff are sweetest and most helpful people. Breakfast is amazing.

We booked two rooms in the main hotel building. I also have two other buildings adjacent as well. Building is old type but the fixtures and fittings are in good shape and can see that they do maintain those well. Water pressure was excellent and bathrooms were clean as well, Room cleaning was done on door hanger- notification to say no. No tea making facilities in the room but they do provide a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee for a small one off fee. Breakfast selection is good as well. Has the continental style as well as sausage and beans as well. Coffee machines make good coffee too. I had tow issues in the room and soon as I informed the reception they got it all fixed within the hour. Our rooms also had safes to use as well. Location, as it's in the east of the city, for those who drive, parking is available at the hotel and any surrounding streets for free. U-Bahn is of course about 3/4 of a km away. We drove near it and parked and got the U. Takes 20 mins to get to the centre and never too crowded as well. The restaurant downstairs is also good and reasonable. We ate few times from there. Best of all was that the hotel gave a surprise treat for a birthday with free cocktails in the restaurant as well. The pool is located in one of the other buildings close by. Kids liked it. It was not heated, although it was summer, the water was colder than expected. Could have done with a small fridge in the room perhaps. A/C were okay but noticed that temperature doesn't stay constant and that becomes annoying a bit at night.

The staff were very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the pool and gym but were sorry we didn’t have time to enjoy the sauna. The breakfast was exceptional. We felt very treated and rested

Competitive pricing Impossible to find a free spot on hotel’s parking lot. Street parking is difficult. Some reception staff are inclined to comment on your requests

Really fantastic stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great, with a big variety of food and drinks. You can get free filtered drinking water nearby the registration desk. The bus station is nearby, and the subway station is about 850 m away. It would be particularly beneficial to offer an extra bonus for loyal clients, for example, free breakfast.

"We stayed at the hotel during the Ferragosto holiday period. We had considerable issues with the cleanliness of the room—towels were taken away but not replaced, despite repeated complaints. Dirty cups and glasses remained in the room for several days. This becomes a problem even for short stays. The price of breakfast seemed excessive to me—€19 per person, which is the same amount you could easily spend on a dinner out. Even hot water for tea was charged extra, €1 without the tea bag. The pool was also disappointing—it's not a real relaxation area, but more of a tub with a few plastic chairs around the edges. Although the facility is new and the price is reasonable, the overall impression is quite negative.”
