About My Hostel
My Hostel offers a friendly atmosphere and a tranquil setting in the eastern outskirts of Munich, just a 5-minute drive from the city's new ICM exhibition center. All rooms at My Hostel are functionally decorated and feature a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. On every floor is a shared bathroom and WC, as well as a common kitchen for guests. The accommodations is within a 10-minute walk from Trudering railway station which offers direct S-Bahn (city train) and U-Bahn (underground) connections right into the heart of Munich. My Hostel offers convenient road access to the Allianz Arena (15 minutes), Munich city center (15 minutes) and Munich Airport (30 minutes). It is just a 5-minute drive from the A99 motorway heading towards Austria and Italy. The closest underground station is "Moosfeld". Guests arriving by car can take advantage of a free parking space next to the property.

we were able to cook with the ressources provided we liked the coffee machine as well We didn't like the location by "closed house"

However, the location is pretty far from the city center so either Uber or be ready to figure out German public transit. Also, to submit your passport they didn’t have an encrypted portal/website to do so, so I had to do it over email, which was mildly concerning as an American, but it all worked out. I only mention the last part so other people looking at the property don’t freak out as much as I did.

Coffee machine, fresh coffee every morning :) The guests were very noisy, and a stricter policy needs to be in place, especially when hosting groups of young people. They partied until 3 a.m., which was very inconvenient.

The WiFi system is very bad

it’s close (just a 5-minute walk) to the u-bahn. the room was comfortable, and the kitchen was convenient and well-equipped with useful kitchenware. definitely worth the price. it could be warmer on cold winter days, the rooms could be cleaned more frequently, and the location is a bit far from the city center with no grocery stores nearby. the walk from the u-bahn to the hostel late at night can sometimes feel unsafe due to a big brothel along the way.
