Everything was perfect

The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. Location - not good for someone without a car. It is not located near restaurants or grocery stores, transit requires transfers and sometimes a long walk to the bus stop to get to tourist sites.

Super clean Good check in and checkout times, nice atmosphere, great facilities good location for Messe Amazing room for the price all renovated. 10/10 would stay again. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach, and located in a quiet area. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for my short stay. The variety of the breakfast is something they could improve on. A couple more warm options would have been nice. The juicer also had some issues, so the blackcurrant tap may have contained mango juice. Not a huge issue, but it was still a surprise. Maybe the walls between the rooms are a little too thin, though, as my neighbor seemed to have quite a "satisfactory" night.

The room was too small.

A bit far away from downtown but it was not an issue for me.

Good facilities and good breakfast.

The only thing I would add is an extra pillow for each bed. Other than that this hotel was wonderful.

I would rate the accommodation overall positively. It is easily accessible, and parking is available both outside and in an underground garage (which is subject to a fee). The staff is friendly, and you can communicate in English as well. We chose a room with a kitchenette, which was fully equipped — glasses, plates, cookware, and cutlery were all provided. It is also possible to stay with a dog, with a fee of €10 per night. The breakfast was good too. The metro is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center. The only downside is the poorly designed bathroom. The shower is not enclosed, and the toilet is located directly opposite it, so everything gets wet when you take a shower.

Have a parking, however u have to pay for it ? Bathroom is really uncomfortable ,water was literally everywhere

There was constant outdoor air coming in via recuperation system. In winter can be felt, it's pretty chilling in the bathroom.

The place is quiet and the room is clean. The location is far from the city center. But it is okay because there is a bus station.

They don't accept cash, so you have to register yourself. Overall, it's very inconvenient. I didn't like that. It means if my card doesn't work, I won't be able to check in.

- Hotel room was good and quite comfy. - Public transport via Bus is possible. - From train station (U-Bahn Station Mossfeld), we need to walk for 14 minutes - Hotel Reception Staff was RUDE, particularly on Dec-13th evening staff who is managing the check-in. (Stayed in the same hotel later, but the other staff was very polite) - Booked 2 rooms and requested for rooms near to each other, not provided. - Not happy with the staff

Breakfast, room.

Location is well away from Munchen centre, not much information given as to direction to take to get there. The gentleman on reception wasn't particularly welcoming either. It was advertised as self catering, there was a microwave, but no plates or cutlery, we had to ask at reception for them. No apology given.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean.
