Hotel Leopold

The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind! Not only we were able to check in earlier, but they also let us add another person to reservation ❤ The hotel itself is very charming and close to the metro which goes both to arena as well as the center. Breakfast was delicious, croissants were to die for ? It was a bit hot in the room, but with no ac and 29°C it's kind of to be expected

The staff at this hotel- *especially* the ladies working at the front desk- were truly exceptional. They were so kind and polite, and made the whole experience really terrific! The rooms are modest but very clean and comfortable, the wifi is very fast, and it is only a short walk to the metro.

No AC in the room. The room was literally burning. The staff was helpful and gave me portable vantilator. But it didn’t solve the problem:(

Location was great (my dau lives around the corner) and so were staff. I would especially like to thank Paul and Frau Brown for the courtesies shown to us. They were knowledgeable and accomodating. The bed was uncomfortable because it was too low for my husband, who has mobility issues, and the mattress seemed to be relatively thin and soft. The carpets were old, stained and had an unclean feeling to them, although they were "vacuum clean." We were hot a couple of days, until the weather turned cooler.

Clean, quiet despite its vicinity to the Leopoldstraße. Very friendly staff After check-in, I used the bathroom, only to notice there were no hand/body towels. I suppose this was just a mishap. Reduced my points, as one of the hotel staff actually expected that I would wait at the reception to get my towels and would return them to the room, although it was obvious that I was on the way out

It would’ve been nice if there were a kettle in the room for warm water… although you can get some at the breakfast bar in the morning!

Rooms - clean and comfortable. Staff - particularly ones at reception are very nice, polite, and helpful :) thank you. Strongly recommend!

There two people on reception and bar were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is priced aggressively but has a charming retro feel to it that make it really work. Breakfast was good value and excellent. This hotel should market its retro credentials. People would respond. Great parking garage also nothing

The breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice and many fresh fruits and fresh made eggs. Excellent coffee. The staff was so helpful and the location was in a very nice part of the city. My toom was a little small but well designed.

Good selection of food and drinks. No coffee machine. Maybe good to have a coffee machine in the breakfast room.

Exceptional

Front desk staff were always very pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious dining area. Good transport links nearby. Room very basic, but clean, quiet and cozy with a comfortable mattress, plentiful hot water/good shower pressure, and responsive heating. I also appreciated that the hotel felt traditional and had character, rather than being a bland corporate chain.

Quiet, friendly Complimentary tea or coffee in the room or lobby would have been nice.

The bedroom was really spacious for a single room, so was the bathroom. All necessary amenities were present, and more! All the Staff was extremely nice and welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed being on the ground floor and having fast access to my room and the breakfast lounge. Right in front of the hotel there is a bus and tram stop. Very close you may also find a Subway station (Dietlindenstrasse U6) I would highly recommend it!

The room was clean! Breakfast was good - there was bacon, 3 different types of eggs, there was fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses , meats - everything you need for a. proper breakfast! :) -
