I have a very restricted diet, the Andaz prepared breakfast and dinner exactly as requested. F & B Andaz The rooms are very nice and cosy, very nicely designed, the bed was hudge! We loved the roof top bar and The loney Broccoli restaurant. The staff was so nice! The Spa treatment could not be billed at the room and they asked for cash money. But at the end they found a credit card machine!

Fantastic property. Pool and spa facilities were amazing. Dining room amazing. The attitude of some of the staff was poor. Male receptionists in particular. Gave preference to other (richer looking and pushy) customers. Didn’t always go out of their way to help. As a parent travelling solo I’d have expected a bit more. After visiting reception (in person) hoping for a glass of milk-to then charge 5 euro room service plus 3 euro fifty and bringing the smallest glass of milk for my son was a bit much when we were missing breakfast for flights and I just wanted milk in the room for early departure. The courtesy mini bar being restocked turned from lemonade to water during the week. That sort of thing.

This hotel was absolutely spectacular. Ulkar was so incredibly helpful and warm at reception as she checked us in. The rooms were HUGE and beautifully furnished. We wanted for nothing, it was the perfect place to land from long flight from Australia. The spa and sauna and pool were all just amazing. We would highly recommend and revisit in a heartbeat. Nothing, it was so perfect

Lovely hotel. All the facilities were excellent and breakfast was great. Nice restaurants nearby … a little removed from the main town but still a nice location and an easy Uber or tram. Most of the staff at the hotel were great but I did encounter a couple of abrupt b rude-ish staff members who seemed impatient with me (I don’t speak German … maybe this was it … but they work in a hotel/hospitality so they should act pleasant)

Breakfast is just insane. For the breakfast alone I've already stayed at this hotel 8 times. But everything else is great as well. Great, quiet, beautiful and clean rooms and an incredible spa area with many different saunas, pool and a gym. Simply the best city hotel I've ever stayed at.

A clean, 5 star hotel with very good staff. Rooms are spacious and nice Location is far from city center. Room service cleaning was not good. Even a used coffee cup was not cleaned

Excellent location close to downtown and the highways. Stylish, modern, amazing roof terrace. I liked everything.
