The location Rooms had soild carpets the joint between the two single beds to form a double was terrible no top ups of coffee facilities or tea facilities no regular Cleaning even every requested this staff were un attentive

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, although it was not within walking distance of the Old Town. The rooms were spacious, and the overall facilities were good. The room arrangement could have been handled better. We arrived around midnight, and there was only one staff member at the reception. There was no other staff available to assist us, so the receptionist had to personally bring the extra beds to our room. This was especially inconvenient when traveling with a family. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect better 24-hour staffing and service. Communication between the reception staff could also be improved.
