Location and the room with balcony where you can easily smoke for smoker perfect place with great location . Like almost everything except not enough sound proof .

It is close to Marienplatz It is in a bad neighbourhood, it is in a very shady place and you get a very shady vibe when you enter the hotel. The rooms were very dirty. Not all rooms have AC, one of our rooms had AC but they switched off the AC at night. Wouldn’t recommend
