Great Location Looks at Doors were slightly hard to handle

Good localization - few minutes walk from the city center. The street itself a bit dirty and noisy but it's not a problem. Very nice, historic building and helpful personel. Parking discount in a place nearby is a nice option. Air conditioning would be a nice option.

The location was pretty good. The hotel bore no relation to the amazing pictures on Booking.com. The room was a reasonable size but, while not exactly dirty, it was grubby with no charm at all. I had a very small soft pillow - I asked at reception for another and was told to fold the one I had. No meal facilities. On the whole, rather poor and would avoid.

Nothing to like apart from the adjacent bar in the courtyard next to the hotel. No reception desk open upon arrival. No keys left in the locker so we could not gain entrance to the hotel at 1230am Wrong room given to us and one small double bed for two large males to share but as there was no reception area or staff to talk to we could not request a change. No Air Con No Water in the fridge despite the heat Absolutely filthy and old, stained carpet which I refused to walk on with my bare feet Battered Shower tray with gaping holes and not stable at all Windows that did not open One HUGE old rusty fan provided which made awful noise

The room was very spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. The staff (especially the older gentleman in the afternoon for check-in) was extremely helpful, friendly and so welcoming. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring the city! So close and amazing for the price Only downside of the location was on the evening of when the theatre is on it can get loud especially if you need the windows open from warm days

Great location, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Bad

Easy location I guess but also felt like a dodgy street with adult shops and strip bars close by No kettle. The bathroom was dangerous. The shower seal was broken so the bathroom flooded on a tile floor. We had to cover with towels to not slip but my youngest still did. Towels were not too clean. Not Great for a family

accommodates larger families and groups quite well. While the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, the surrounding area is not the prettiest or the greenest.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Hotel and rooms were comfortable and everything we needed. Some of the surrounding streets felt a little more run-down.

Proximity to old town and train station TV didn't work and was only one mirror in the bathroom. Shower wasn't powerful enough and was no fridge
