The bed could be more comfortable.
-
Excellent location. One of the best breakfasts~~ selection was not huge, but everything was so delicious! Room was simple, but the large and quiet. The staff was as helpful and sweet as could be. The room cleaning was minimalist, but adequate.
-
Small set of stairs in the room with no hand rail and located just outside the bathroom which created a tripping hazard.

Great location
-
The location is amazing, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was pretty weak, which made for some uncomfortable nights when combined with a thick comforter (no sheet). We would have left the windows open but there was no screen for bugs (who were really drawn to the exterior lights)

Great location Welcoming staff. Room clean Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Almost claustrophobic. The hair dryer couldn’t reach the mirror it was all so tiny
-
AC did not work well and bed was too hard, resulted in terrible night sleep
-
Location is as good as it gets. Room wonderful and shower spectacular. Air Conditioner had to be re-set.
-
Location!! Breakfast overpriced
-
Nice hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free beer and water in mini fridge! The beds were uncomfortable.
-
Great location- right across the street from the Viktualienmarkt and short walk to Marienplatz. Beautiful views from our room on the 5th floor. Free drinks (water, juice & beer) in mini fridge. There are 2 steps from room entrance/bathroom to sleeping area which are difficult to see and very dangerous if you're not paying attention.

Front desk let us check in early after overnight flight and was a life saver. Great location and cool decor
-
Front staff was very nice. Mirrored walkway was very disorienting. Having bottled water more readily available would have been appreciated.
-
Room was incredibly small. The reflective walls made it appear larger in the posting. Our 2nd floor room looked out into a metal wall (like an elevator shaft. Room was warm, as well.
-
Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty supply of drinking water. Water pressure can be better.
-
The geography, lighting, and amenities were first rate. The tea and coffee options in the room were a bit anemic. There were no tea options. But this is easily solved because of the geography. There are several tea and coffee shops within skipping distance of the hotel.
-
The place located in a central location, nice room, nice people in reception and bar. The breakfast was The breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel bar had a rather limited whisky selection.
-
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Glass bathroom wall/door offered no privacy.
-
The location is very good. Does not provide an iron, does not do daily cleaning. The staff is not very friendly.
-
The reception staff was nice and helpful I didn’t remember the name but all of them very nice and helpful
