Close to the bus station, comfortable room Upon arrival we had to wait outside our room that we knew was ready as we had been told by the housekeeping staff, until the app would let us into the room at 3pm, the app did not work at 3pm so we had to get a key from the self check in. This was an issue as that key would not grant access to the kitchen and luggage store facilities on offer which required another key from reception. Once we gained access to our room we were impeded on by a member of staff who opened our door without knocking to ask us if we were guests.

Nothing, I left 600 euros by checking out early without getting anything after spending my first night there. Everything. This place is like a prison or a shelter home. Dirty hallways, non-functional elevator, unsafe environment, hot rooms, screaming, knocking like a haunted house.
