The personal was ok This is a scam done by the hotel together with booking. Booking presents this property as a 5 star hotel when in reality this is not a 5 star,the hotel has no star rating. It lacks all amenities of a 5 star hotel,it is located on the 5th floor of a building. It doesn’t have even an hotel entry. It has absolutely nothing to compare with a 5 star hotel,besides prices of course. I feel cheated by booking and the hotel by falsely presenting this on the platform as a 5 stars hotel

The location and the view are the best in town! Pillows were too soft and the towels too small! But not a deal breaker!

Designer hotel , small quiet and excellent service. Appreciate this small hotel v much. The entrance and elevator were somewhat mis-match to the beautiful hotel.

everything, from the moment you enter the hotel with a warm welcome and smile, smooth check-in & out. delicious food, the room size and view – everything 10 out of 10. A wonderful experience from A to Z, I'm speechless. Special thanks to Corina, such a wonderful person. I've never experienced such a warm welcome and cooperation with a beautiful smile the whole time. She is there clarifying every single detail, doing her job with love that customers can sense it and feel like coming back because of this beautiful treat. Definitely coming back for a staycation in winter, hopefully.
