Ein nettes Apartment. Das Zimmer, was wir hatten, hatte Fenster auf der Straßenseite. Wenn man Fenster zu hält, kommt kein Lärm rein. Kann man sehr gut schlafen. Ich bin sehr empfindlich in der Nacht, das hat aber funktioniert, aber vllt auch durch sehr laute Lüftung, die im Zimmer die ganze Zeit läuft. am Anfang hat es genervt, danach war schon ok. Es gab praktisch keinem Regal wo man Sachen aufbewahren kann, nur einer Schublade in der Couch.

Location was great, close to U-Bahn and easy to get around. Check in and arrival was simple. Air conditioning could be better, room was still quite warm with it on. Cleaning is also only done once a week unless requested.

Room was spacious. Enjoyed Staying here. It has great location, close. to english garden and other local cafe. Easy to check in to the room It doesn't provide basic house keeping. You have to pay for sheet changing or request separately for additional towel.

I guess the bathroom was the only acceptable thing I travel quite a lot and this one of the worst hotel-experience of my life. First of all the room is a shoe-box. You can barely open your (small) suitcase. No wardrobe, not even a side-bed table on one side of the bed and I ended up sleeping with my face right on the window curtain, which was very dusty. Also the whole room was very dusty. And there was no cleaning service at least for three days. When I notified this, they sent me a 'complimentary' cleaning service. Also the carpet of the outside corridor is full of stain. Let's say they are definitely not great in cleaning. Then for days after I checked out the did not issue any receipt (which I needed for reimbursement purposes), since they claimed they had not been paid by Booking. And if all this seems bad, the worst part is that there is no human in charge of anything. It is all run by an AI on heavy drugs (they sent me an email asking whether I had found any magician with a rabbit in my room - how funny) which, as you can expect, is totally useless for anything but asking every day the same thing over and over again. A real nightmare on all sides.

Location is fine. Nice brasserie downstairs. Quiet area around the corner. The rooms are fine but the air grill in room 201 was making a terrible noise. Imagine a mosquito close to your ear but then 10 times louder. We arrived back in the room late night, and since the hotel has no staff, nobody could help. We called the service number, and asked for another room. Not possible. No help. A sleepless night was the only posssible outcome. Efficiency seems nice but when it comes to trouble it is a drama. We were offered a 15% discount but that's a joke if you cannot sleep on a business trip.
