Air conditioning was a bit noisy

Great location, clean rooms and very nice breakfast.

The room we booked was very modern, nice and clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to change rooms. In any case the staff was fast in solving the issue and 10 minutes later we had another room with an air conditioning working perfectly. There’s a supermarket right by the hotel’s door and that’s something many travellers appreciate. I miss having a small fridge in the room for some fresh drinks and a kettle to have some tea at night. The area doesn’t have coffee places or restaurants apart from an Indian place that wasn’t frequently opened.

Very nice place, I would definitely stay again.

There was mold on the hanger in the shower, but otherwise the room was fairly clean. I didn’t hear any noise from outside, but I could clearly hear—and even follow—the conversations of my neighbors. The walls are very thin, so if you want privacy, there is basically none. I also didn’t like the breakfast: the coffee was really bad, the eggs were overcooked, and the selection was the same every day. So think twice if breakfast is important to you.

Location, staff behaviour and cleanliness. The hot water stopped working totally in the morning hours, room is too congested and we could hardly move about.

Hotel location was great and staff were wonderful. Upon entering the room, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The entire hotel and staff made a favorable impression! My room was near the door to the stairway/elevator, and being a light sleeper, I was aware of people coming and going in the hallway and the door closing. Also, I could hear the gentleman in the room next to me coughing during the night. Although not terrible at all, I wish the soundproofing was a little bit better.

Very close to the train and easily accessible

Too small rooms. No slippers, kettle, and safe in the room.

The only downside for me was that there was no kettle in the room.

The rooms are very thin. No noise proof. Can hear even the cough ? from another room.!

The rooms Location

Comfortable beds and clean rooms made for a great nights rest. With many train stations within a 10 minute walk (5min scooter) getting to city center is a breeze! Highly recommend for your stay in Munich.

Great location outside of downtown München, yet still very easy to move around from there with public transport. Nice having a REWE next to it. Nice communal eating area with lots of natural light.

It is location near the railways you hear the trains every moment at night that was very bad.

Close to Sana klinic Needs chair in room

staff of reception .. elevator hanged twice and was stack there for 40 mins

One front desk person is not as friendly / helpful as the other two I encountered. The other two are excellent!
