Location was too far from center but the s bahn was convenient
-
Location and had a parking garbage that was available for our stay! Easy access out when heading to our next travel destination . Front desk was nice! I really like to have air conditioning and it didn’t have it as far as I could tell so room was quit hot in middle of the night. Which I did just open the window and it did cool down but I would prefer an ac unit

Location. Did't take the trush avery day

The rooms were big and had lots of space in the queen room. The twin beds were slightly close together but still very nice. Everything was great tho we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. And had some trouble with the parking with a large van.

Very clean, breakfast is a good value for the cost. Walk across the street to train station, We love to cook. Room with Kitchenette wasn’t well equipped, but served its purpose. If you are driving, Parking on street is sparse and hotel parking garage is expensive. $ 28US nightly.

Traveled with our kids, pull out bed kind of uncomfortable.

Location and staff help

This hotel is located a little outside the, rather more grotty, Hbf area. So it is still within walking distance of the city center, but in an area that feels safer. There is a small kitchenette in the room, plus you have free access to the hot drinks dispenser in the lobby. I did not take the breakfast option but it looked good. The rooms at the front give on to a rather busy street with a tram line. So, if you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room facing the back. There is a decent organic store just round the corner as well as several restaurants.

The apartment was very spacious and had a great little kitchenette which made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts. Very good location. Although not right in the very middle of town it was only a couple of tram stops to the centre of town. The tram was right out front of the apartment and very very easy to navigate. We caught the train and then walked to the apartment when we arrived and on the way back to the airport we caught the tram a couple of stops and then a short walk to the train station. Nothing

Very helpful and friendly personnel. The room was perfect and breakfast amazing. I can only recommend this hotel.

Best part about this property is the same features of all Citadines properties, the lounge and free coffee. The property is a long way from the train station and the main part of town. Asking for extra things seemed to inconvenience the staff. The shower floor had a residue on it that could be scraped up with a fingernail. The shower door doesn’t cover the whole entry so the bathroom floor gets wet and it runs out into the entry. The air conditioning doesn’t work along with the radiator on the wall in the bathroom.

The pillows were too large and the room was not cleaned daily. I mean there was no house keeping.

A small suit was comfortable for my family with two kids. The staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed early check-in. The hotel is near the transportation and also it is possible to walk to the center.

This hotel was in an exceptional location for people wanting to avoid being in the touristy part of Munich, but not far away either. Multiple train options were available nearby. As far as the room goes - the suites have plenty of flexibility to take advantage of the relatively limited space such that our family of 4 was never uncomfortable. While the breakfast option was quite expensive, the complimentary tea and coffee, and ultimately very useful lobby ended up making this stay extremely comfortable in spite of the poor weather outside. Not much wasn't to like - however if you do plan to park, you'll want to get assurances that a space is reserved for you far in advance as the garage is very small, albeit climate controlled.

Breakfast was average and a bit expensive.
