Gästehaus Englischer Garten

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful house right next to the Englischer Garten. Walking distance to a metro station. I recommend this beautiful place.

Very large spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Beautiful green outlook to the Englischer Garten. Perfect location for us. Airconditioning would have been pleasant as we were there during the heatwave. There was no hotel staff onsite the majority of time.

Everything. The host in particular was very attentive. The ambience is absolutely charming.

Gaestehaus am Englischen Garten was the perfect stay for our visit to Munich. The location couldn't have been better right next to the Englisch Garden and in the middle of Schwabing one of my favorite places in Munich. We'll definitely stay there again for our next visit to Munich.

Located right in the middle of the English Garden and in a very walkable and quiet area. The tea room is nice, and all of the facilities are clean despite sharing them with other guest. The beds are comfortable, and it feels homey.

Very clean. The rooms were big and the common area was great to sit and chat with our friends who were with us. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to the U and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The free parking was a bonus.

We loved the location just on the edge of the English Gardens!

The only downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the overall experience.

Beautiful guest house abutting the Englischer Garten, highly recommend.

The guesthouse was extraordinary and liked everything about it. From the internal décor, to the spacious rooms, and the friendliness of the owner, who offered to call and check work hours in some destinations nearby. There's a large park nearby which was great for exploring.

We loved this hotel. The neighborhood was great with wonderful restaurants.

Unbeatable location with views of the river, and sounds of the birds. We traveled with 3 kids, and felt incredibly welcomed by our host Hakan, and there was a large garden for the kids to play outside. Because it's so close to the garden, our room stayed cool in the summer heat under cover of the trees. Our family room was plenty spacious, beds very comfortable, and we were in love with the charm of the building and decor.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Beds are so comfy. And we have lots of space. It's like staying in someone's home. What a treat!

No air conditioning

It was a perfect location on the edge of the English Garden! The host was kind and welcoming and the outdoor environment was great!

Great location with biergarten/restaurant across the street and right on the beautiful Englischer Garten park. Short walk to public transport / metro. Appreciated being in a quieter part of the city with good connections to center The bathroom/shower set up was very slightly awkward as I had never experienced this before, however very minor and we were well informed during booking so not a surprise.
