Excellent stay! Everything was perfect, from breakfast to cleanliness to location (in terms of convenience). I was a bit worried reading all the reviews about the safety of women around the area in the evening and street being too loud and all. Luckily, my room was faced towards courtyard and not the street. And the location, though seems shady, doesn’t pose direct danger as such. In most of the cities, the areas near central station are somewhat like that. There was some sort of smell in the room like that of some chemical. May be of a cleaning materials. No biggie but would have been nice if there were some room freshener or something similar. Also, I am used to two pillows. But the room only had one, very soft one. So, additional pillow would have been better. May be they could have provided one had I just asked but I did not ask, so it’s fine.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. From the front desk to the team working in the restaurant during breakfast, everyone was so kind. I travel around Europe quite often, and finding this level of hospitality at this price point is remarkably rare—it made for a truly pleasant stay. I even left some of my belongings behind when leaving in a hurry in the morning, but when I inquired via email, they responded with amazing kindness. Having lived in Europe for nearly 10 years and traveled extensively, this will likely be remembered as the absolute best hotel in terms of friendliness and service. One slight drawback is that the building is a bit old and doesn't have air conditioning (a fan seems to be the standard amenity provided). On the day I stayed, the temperature reached nearly 37°C, so it was very hot. However, it was quite manageable at night, and I was grateful that they gladly replaced the original fan with a larger one when I asked. This likely won't be an issue in autumn or winter. Although the building is old, the room was perfectly clean.

Excellent location, next to Μunich Central Station and 15 minutes walk from the historical center where several main attractions can be found. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and quiet room, delicious breakfast and all that at a very reasonable room rate. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable in my room.

The staff were so so nice, even in stormy weather the receptionist was always a ray of sunshine. The room was great, spacious and clean. Comfy bed and soft towels. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very attentive. I'd love to stay again :) n/a
