The staff was nice and the location good. I stayed during a heatwave. When checking in I was told that the room was “very hot”. What this meant in reality was that the room was +40 degrees, as it was 38 outside and much hotter inside. The staff told me that I could cool down the room by leaving the room door open to create a draft. While I understand that the heatwave was abnormal, I think the hotel could have done a better job in temperature management by having done exactly that *before* I checked in and during unoccupied nights prior, rather than letting the room cook with the doors closed and shifting the responsibility over to me. Also, there was no fan or anything available. A 40+ degree room is simply unacceptable. Also, the TV was not working (I had to go through the 20-minute channel scanning process myself), and the room was very dusty with many dust balls collected under the bed.

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly. The room was not clean. There were stains in the shower and a large dirt stain on the curtain, as shown in the attached photos. The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The room was poorly soundproofed, and noise from other rooms was clearly audible. The breakfast selection was very limited and of low quality. On the second day, the variety decreased further, and some items, such as sausages, were no longer available. There was no safe box in the room. The heating system was turned off in the middle of the night, even though our stay was during a snowy night.

The double bed was very small for two people. The pillows were not good.

The location of the hotel is very good. The metro station is only 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel, as will as a large number of bus and tram stations within a radius of 200-300 meters from the hotel. The hotel area is quiet and safe. The breakfast is in comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, varied from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, to various sweets, juice, coffee tea.. The staff at the reception is very kind. Natalia is always ready to help and to provide all the informations like wat to visit, how to go there. For my next trip to Munich I will go to this hotel again. I recommend.

The parking garage was already included in the price, which was a really nice surprise. So the stay was cheap The TV didn’t work and the shower-head was leaking so we had to put it on the ground during the night
-
Extreme tight underground garage driveway with WC chain to open the garage door. One must be totally cold blooded to drive trough.

The location was good - near 2 bus stops. Room was comfy and clean. Nothing - all was good!

Location, Haidhausen Cleanliness. Room size. Street noise was a problem. The room was way too small for two people. As the bed was positioned up against the wall. I had to climb over my spouse to get out of bed.

LOVED that there was parking available and that the hotel was very close to a bus stop. Also for a small room it was very efficient. We fit two adults and a baby with crib snuggly.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel was that the staff that checked us in and the night staff were nice. Our room should not have been cleared to be given to a guest. On top of it being gross and dirty (poo stains running down the front of the toilet, boogers with nosehairs wiped on the walls, toiletries clearly used by another guest) it was also just clearly not maintained whatsoever. The shower was broken at the top and missing a knob to close the door. It was also draining poorly so when you tried to shower you'd be standing in a puddle. Walls were marked with hundreds and hundreds of scuff marks like it hasn't been painted in twenty years. Our room number was half broken off and partially rewritten with sharpie lol. The manager clearly does not care about your experience here and just wants your money. She did offer me another room, which I appreciated and took. She said I could have breakfast as well, but when I told her we wouldn't be able to use the free breakfast (she told us we could use it at 9:50am when it closes at 10am....and the next day we couldn't use it because we were headed to the airport) I asked for a partial refund instead, and she said it was completely impossible. Sorry, but I've worked in hospitality and that's just not true. On-top of that, the bed was horrible in the original room AND the replacement room. Old mattress that sunk in at the end of the bed so it felt like you were sitting in a gaping hole. Horrible hotel, I would never go back and I would never reccomend anyone to stay there, save your money and go somewhere that cares about you!

We liked the value of the rooms. They were still nice and relatively spacious at a portion of the cost of something closer to downtown. Bus access into downtown was easy, only about a 10-minute ride and it is nice because you're away from all the chaos. Hotel had good parking option and there are lime scooters around the area if needed. Edeka right across the street and shower water stays hot. The hotel was a bit outdated and the mini fridge wasn't the coldest, but overall, these are minor complaints. Our bed also felt old and like it possibly might break
