Hotel Belle Blue

Proximity to train station. Nice comfortable room. Mini fridge and safe were a plus, Helpful staff. Coffee and breakfast.

Very reasonably priced and only a five-minute walk from the train station. Several museums and the old botanical garden are also in walking distance. The room was small but clean and comfortable with a twin bed, desk, TV, refrigerator, AC, and bathroom/shower. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful! In the reception area there is a nice little counter where you can sit on a stool and check out a detailed paper map of the area; a convenient place to wait or collect yourself if you are there before check-in time. You can also leave your bag at the hotel for six euros. Note that you need to press a button at the front door so they can unlock it for you. I left too early for it, but there is also a continental breakfast starting at 7AM. If you have kids, be aware that it’s on a street with some clubs that are not family friendly, but there is nothing inappropriate on the outside of these locations. The walls were a little thin, so you could occasionally hear the sounds of people talking outside. I got a good night’s sleep, but it might be something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Sicherheit & Service: Nach einem Tag bemerkte ich, dass meine Zimmertür defekt war und für jeden offen stand. Die Reaktion des Personals? Ich wurde in das am weitesten entfernte Zimmer verlegt, das zudem viel schlechter ausgestattet war als das von mir gebucht. Keine Entschuldigung, sondern ein Downgrade! Frühstück: Sehr eintönig, extrem langweilig und ohne jede Abwechslung. Doppelmoral beim Personal: Gästen ist es streng verboten, ein Glas Wasser oder einen Kaffee aus dem Speisesaal mitzunehmen (obwohl es auf den Zimmern keine Kaffeemaschine gibt). Direkt sah ich jedoch, wie der Rezeptionist selbst mit einer Kaffeetasse das Restaurant verließ. Fazit: Unprofessionalität und Doppelmoral. Einmal und nie wieder!

Bad neighborhood

It is kind of a small and "squeezed" hotel but it has everything you need- the room with comfy bed and breakfast. Despite the hotel is on busy street the was no noise at all because our room was placed between the buildings. Breakfast was great and also was the coffee. The price was really low since it in the center of the Munich. Hard to say anything for this price. I really can't complain.

They need to work on the sewage system in terms of the toilet so as to maintain constant freshness although it is not too bad

The price We reserved two single rooms we arrived early at the hotel as we were coming from another nearby hotel from a business trip, Belle blue hotel refused to finish the room confirmation before 3 pm although we told them we dont want the rooms nor we have luggage They gave us two bedrooms on Separate floors both with AC not working, we asked them for help at first they refused to fix it saying its still winter in Munich but the weather was like 26 degrees then they came and fix it but later the ACs wouldn’t work again When we told them that we will leave and withdraw our money they offered us a huge suit with two big bedrooms two bathrooms and a huge living room with all ACs working we accepted the rooms Next days we found bugs by the sink Breakfast is very limited with a small seating area for breakfast we had to wait 5-10 minutes to find a table

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Location felt a bit unsafe, strip club basically right next door. The room had smell like sewage in bathroom and it was very warm in May so room got hot but they said air conditioning not available until June even though listing said it had air conditioning. Even a fan would have helped at night as we didn’t want window open with loud talking on street at night.

Inexpensive close to the train station Room was adjacent to the courtyard that Had a light on all night. Should’ve had blackout curtains.

It was clean and near metro station Breakfast is so limited, the pillows are HORRIBLE. The area at night is a little scary.

No AC as advertised, not in ANY of the rooms. Only heaters. Fridge was broken and shower would flood/overflow due to poor draining- staff didn’t fix despite telling front desk multiple times and them saying they’d “send someone” which they never did.

Just location , located in the center The room had only two pillows, both very old and uncomfortable. Although breakfast was included, by around 9:00 AM most items were already gone and were not refilled. I stayed for two days and was unable to properly have breakfast either day. Even the coffee machine was out of milk and was not replenished during my stay. Parking was also very disappointing. We were told parking would be €16 per day with a discount, but we were charged €60 for two days instead. When we questioned this, we were told that no discounts are offered. Please don’t be misled ) by the lower price or the “breakfast included” label — the experience was misleading.

Location is perfect, few minutes walk to HBF or city walking zone. We had to change the rooms because of the faulty shower but it was OK, we got a bit bigger rooms A bit noisy neighborhood but everything else was OK

A little pricey

This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff were untrained, unprofessional, and careless. They made mistakes during check-in by not checking our documents properly, and instead of correcting the issue, they shifted the blame and offered no compromise or solution. On top of that, the hotel buffet was completely disorganized and overcrowded. There were clearly more guests than the restaurant could handle — we had to wait ages for a table, and at one point there were simply no seats left. What do they expect guests to do, eat on the floor? We raised several complaints during our stay, but no one followed up. Management was completely unresponsive and uninterested in resolving anything. This hotel lacks the most basic standards of service and hospitality. I strongly advise avoiding it.

But overall it's good to stay. Food waa good. Facilities not that updated. Location is not what i expected. Surroundings ARE all small shops and cafes are not available.
