The hotel is quite close to the station and city center and the Tube station Theresienwiese is immediately nearby. The beds are excellent and the rooms are clean. There is no airconditioning but there is a big fan in the room. The hotel garage is small (take time to position your car in the right way), with a spectacular, 'car-elevator'. Breakfast was okay - I missed some vegan options such as Soja-milk, Soja Yohurt and Oatmilk. The breakfast room becomes quite noisy when there are more people, little groups or families - it is need of some carpets on the floor or the wall.

Easy to find on a main street just a short walk from the central bus and train stations. Really gregarious receptionist with impeccable English language skills. Decent selection of breakfast fare. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable room.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Only thing bothered me was bed sheets and towels did not change after 2 nights. However it wasnt a big problem i did not report it to the staff. Also it was very very hot and there was no AC.

Neat and clean near train station close to restaurants and 15 mins walk to center. Many positive things. Staff friendly and adorable. Slight WiFi problems but I think easy to fix.

Room windows need some proper blinds. Way too bright on sunrise. Also rooms get very hot in summer with no AC.

The coffee at breakfast was not tasteful and the breakfast room unattractive. Neighborhoord of hotel also not so attractive, although at walking distance of more appealing sites.

Honestly, everything was very good , the hotel is in a strategic location 5 minutes away from Munich train station , also the is a near by restaurants and coffee shops and groceries in the street of the hotel , the room was big, very clean, the bed was comfortable , very recommended. Nothing

The room is vast, and it's a good value of money. The only problem, which is critical, the hotel is not "luggage-friendly" at all! Too many stairs have to be taken before reaching to the elevator, this was a very bad experience. Everything else was Ok.
