Staff were very helpful. No air conditioning

I had bugs in my room and noticed them 2 hours after checking in at 10:30pm. The employee took a picture of the bugs and gave me a different room. Since I was “upgraded” that was the only compensation given. I didn’t think to take a picture with my phone. The hotel refused to send the pictures to booking.com. If I checked out early, I would have been out that money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including public transport, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, making it very convenient to explore Munich. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is near in all of the landmarks I booked one room for two nights for my friend. On the second day, I visited her in her room. I asked the front desk staff for her room number, and they gave it to me. I then went to her room, and we spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes catching up before we went out. When we returned to the hotel around midnight, we were shocked that the front desk staff charged us an additional €60. The staff member on duty said that the receptionist from earlier had informed him that I had been staying in my friend’s room for 6–8 hours. I told him that this was not true. I had been at my apartment for most of the day, so this was a completely false accusation. I asked if we could review the CCTV footage to verify the facts, but he said that the footage could only be reviewed the following morning.

Location of the hotel is easily reachable from the hbf. The table fan was working but the outer cover was broken that scared me with the noise and i had to fix it over n over again.

It was a basic property. Location was ok. room was clean. Very warm to the point of being uncomfortable. Bed was also very hard and gave me a sore back each morning.

The receptionists are so nice. All of then during my stay It was hot (but they provided a fan)

A stonethrow away from Sendlinger Tor train station. Very convenient. Very clean. Very spacious. We were 4 with a baby and toddler. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The big bow towels were fun!! The breakfast was great!! Sadly, there’s no air conditioning. Even though there were fans in our rooms, it wasn’t enough to beat the heat. To think it’s not even summer yet, it was just too hot. The TV in one room was not working, so all the family were in my room.

I think location was good staff were friendly. Pillow was increadibly unconfortable. You could hear the other guests all the time.

old building/room

Very clean room, close to important places in the city. You can walk at night and you have everything you need nearby. Staff were helpful, gave us some suggestions on where to eat. The noise around 5 PM that didn't stop. I couldn't sleep then =( But I understand this is not the hotel's fault, it was the noise in the street, I believe they were cleaning the street or something. Either way, I liked the stay!

Good location close to Munich Old Town. There was a night club across the street which was open on the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed at the hotel. We had to keep the window closed but there was still a lot of people hooting and hollering plus the sound of thumping bass. This noise lasted until between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
