Great location in the city. quiet and safe

Good location Check in was in another hotel

Location is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A crib was provided. Two things - one is that the wifi was very flaky. I had to teach an online class and I got frozen maybe 30-40 times over two hours (and kicked out of the zoom room completely twice). This was very frustrating since I was relying on good internet. The other thing - I guess our rooms were in a different building. So what that meant is that we kind of had to take a rather indirect route to our room each time - just a little inconvenient.

I liked the location, it was close to main touristy areas. The room as spacious and very clean and the receptionist was very nice and kind. I wish it had air conditioning, but we already knew it did not, so it did not dissapoint. Rooms have a lot of big windows so it is well ventilated.

I would definitely stay here again! I loved the location—it was close to everything, and I felt very safe letting my teens walk around on their own. The room was spacious, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. There’s also a great breakfast spot right across from the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The location and room were great. It was just a few blocks from old town which was really convenient. Parking is on your own, but there is a garage two blocks away. It was not the cheapest, but it was handy. The reception is open 24 hours which was good because we were late coming from the airport. Even with that, the person behind the desk was kind and helpful. Check in was easy! The room was clean and had fans which helped because there was no air conditioning. Plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and clean and everyone had a good place to sleep. It was on a quiet street so leaving the windows open overnight was not a problem.There is a grocery store right across the street making it easy to pick up snacks or breakfast. Actually, this was a great stay and there is not anything negative to say.

Location, cost, and room were all great. Check-in and check-out at their sister hotel worked well too. No complaints

The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet and felt very safe. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the central plazas but for the price, hard to beat location!

Location, roominess, cleanliness No extras like coffee or tea

The space was huge! The location was good. We had 2 large bedrooms with 6 comfortable beds (2 doubles and 2 Singles). Finally got to sleep in a different room from kids. Everything was clean and nice. Breakfast would be nice or at least a coffee pot in room. It was warm without AC. We got by at night with windows and drapes open and fans.

Wonderful location! Close to Old Town and to a metro station. This hotel put us close to everything. Everything was to our satisfaction.

I liked that it was in the Old city, and was near everything. I was glad the building had an elevator and our view was of a small park. The bathroom was new and modern. There was a fan to compensate for no AC, but it is an old, classic building. The room was dated with older carpet but was servicable.we had to go to a different hotel to check in but i knew it was just around the corner. Parking is tough in the old city, but the private garage was sehr teuer!! 45 Eu!

Clean and spacious, room for more if needed. Crisp linens, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Fun views from the top of the building. Kitchen was helpful and coffee was saving us. Had three people and enjoyed the space. Second time staying in the apartment. No corkscrew in unit nor at desk. Had to go on a mission to find one. Besides that, all was good.

The organization. The place was so lonely, we couldn’t find the check in place because it was all the street around from the original location. When we finally got there, no one was there. We got to wait some minutes till someone appeared. Nobody helped us with the bags. Is asked for cancellation and refund but the rejected it.
