No soundproof. You would think with the location it’s in, they would double glass it or something to block people talking outside the window

Excellent location Tiny room No real reception Often empty Lack of communication from room to reception or any staff as there is no phone and the electronic pads in room do not function. Not just mine but in general as I was told when I went does to the lobby floor. The bathroom is tiny and there is no shower curtain. There is a glass partition which is only partial so tiny bathroom floor gets very wet. For the price paid one would expect a more comfortable facility. Although there is an ac in the room it is ineffective

Location was central to attractions, eating, transport. The air conditioning in the room was very stuffy. Assistant was sort but not followed up by reception. Made sleeping uncomfortable.

Location is exceptionally amazing , cleanliness, staff . Patrick in the reception was veryyy helpful. No mini fridge in rooms , no coffee or kettle .

The rooms were small, if we hadn’t gotten the larger room, it would have been very uncomfortable with luggage for more than one night. Really did not like the digital key experience… didn’t work at check in until we connected to WiFi, sporadically didn’t work or took forever to load, and was generally pretty annoying.

It’s well maintained and has everything you might need. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were perfectly setup. The location was also really perfect for everything you might want to get to - including walking destinations and access to the U-bahn. Grocery stores, restaurants, breweries are all at your doorstep.

Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Довольно удобная система онлайн- чекин и чекоут, без очередей, персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Грязный пол, неудобные номера, неудобная ванная. Персонал сказал, что за уборку пола надо доплатить, но и тогда не было достаточно чисто. Мало места для одежды. Окна не открываются.

The location to central city was perfect It was a little hard to find at first and the self check in system was annoying. Also, they did not provide any complimentary coffee in lobby or in rooms.

The breakfast was SO expensive for what I received.

Location is just amazing - rooms are clean Air conditioning on the 6 th floor was really bad and the reception staff just ignored it Breakfast - needs an upgrade

Location - I think one of the best in Munich - though the rooms were a bit small - location kept us exploring Excellent location and staff were friendly
