The employees were warm and friendly. The hotel was considered centrally located. It was very kind that they allowed us to enter early and mostly deserved the point for this reason. The room was very dirty. The bags and shopping receipts of those who stayed before us were still in the room and in the wardrobe. There were stains on the edges of the sink and siphon. The room was very narrow, but there were two old wardrobes. One was enough, the other was unnecessary. When you opened the lid of the cabinets, a very bad smell spread. It was stated in the previous comments that the things were old, we were prepared for this, but the smell was unbearable. I wish there was a small refrigerator instead of two unnecessary old cabinets. For the first time we saw a hotel without a mini fridge. Because it was on the main road, there was a lot of noise, especially in the morning. And the most strange one is pillows. They can't even be called pillows. Strange things stuffed into a huge cover.

Location: Great base if you want to be close to the city attractions. Room Vibe: Cute room and a perfect fit for a couple or a family of three. Breakfast: Decent enough to start the day. Inadequate Cooling: Stayed in August, and the room fan couldn't handle the summer heat. Tiny Elevator: The lift barely fits two people without any luggage. Tight Fit for Four: Far too cramped if you're traveling with a party of four.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about—the hotel, the staff, and the cleanliness were all excellent. The location was also fantastic, in a beautiful and upscale neighborhood. The only issue was that, although this was not part of the standard services, during the check-in process we were asked if we needed anything. I requested an electric kettle to be placed in the room free of charge, if possible, so that I could make tea at night, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled.

Great location, close to everything. It was hot while we were there but we appreciated the fan!

Good location and easy accessible. It looked much more modern on the pictures than what it actually was. The furniture and interior was quite old and not recently renovated.

Location is central to main transport hubs as well as shopping areas and the old town. Breakfast was typical continental but good quality. The staff were helpful and thorough. Wi-Fi could be spotty, however would usually reconnect quickly by turning off/on again the Wi-Fi on the device.

Location and the room design Nothing spesific maybe couple more capsule coffee will be a bonus :)

Location was good and most of the staff particularly Mona and the gentleman on breakfast were lovely The was no air conditioning which I knew from the reviews but the room was so stuffy. It was cooler in the hallway than the room. There is a window but it did not do much open. There was also no iron in the room.

The location and the breakfast were great, especially the staff at the breakfast was so kind and helpful, which elevated my experience. The facilities need some more care, there was no mini fridge in the room, the double room had two twin beds that were put next to each other which made it uncomfortable. When I asked for an iron, they took me downstairs to the laundry room to iron my clothes there, which was really not ideal.

Excellent location near Sendlinger Tor, close to the centre and on a quiet street. The breakfast begins at 6:30 which allows guests who are here on business to enjoy it and still to be on time for work. The service is 24 hours which is rare nowadays when you may never meet your host - not here. The staff is very attentive and very responsive. There is a bar where you can enjoy beer or wine at reasonable prices (better than in the centre of Munich). We felt very well looked after, including after the check out, when my husband thought he forgot his house keys in the room and called the hotel - he thanks the staff for being so responsive (we found the keys eventually in another bag). We had a street side room, so sleeping with open window was out of the question.
