Fabulous location in historic Munich with lots of options for shopping and dining. Quiet location the worked well for our first night in Europe after traveling from the US. Didn't remember that there was complimentary breakfast so had already made other plans when we arrived and therefore declined. A little confusing finding our room after we checked in but probably due mostly to having jet lag after a long day of travel.

Location is perfect, place was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful and amazing, and the price is very reasonable.

The location was great. The staff were great and super helpful/friendly. The value was too high for the quality. There was mold everywhere and that was my biggest complaint.

The location is absolutely perfect: in a very safe area, on a main road in the old city, and right next to a subway station. The ladies walking there are also super nice. The rooms are antique style. They are very comfy and already warmed up when I arrived. There was something off about my toilet. Probably the water pressure was a little bit low -- it was very hard to flow anything, even a piece of toilet paper, down. I eventually had to pick the toilet paper out of the toilet so that it doesn't stay there.

Great location and great staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. No air conditioning and the furniture is dated but no big deal for a few nights.

Rooms without a toilet. When someone moved in the room, the sound of the parquet floor could be heard. WiFi very weak
