Small intimate hotel. Very comfortable. Great location. Rather hot in the room. Perhaps an optional fan.

The room was gorgeous, facilities flawless, and the location was perfect for visiting around Munich. This is probably the best hotel in the city without a doubt. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property is incredibly beautiful and unique, there was a lot of attention to detail to ensure guests feel at home. The guest room we stayed in was very comfortable, and the decor is just outstanding. Can’t say there were any complaints during our stay.

Angelo was very welcoming, making a great start to our brief stay. The hotel decor was interesting and eclectic, definitely a welcome change from bland corporate hotel decor. The bed was super comfortable.

Boutique hotel, check in was easy, personal. Erdem was most helpful, explained to us hotel entry, after hour entry, hotel facilities. Erdem even assisted me in programming my car rental navigation system! Small room, the space we chose, but had all amenities--more so than most hotels. Very comfortable stay, short ten-minute walk to the town marketplace/plaza, highly recommended for Munich stay.

Excellent hotel very upscale , clean ,gorgeous rooms , walk to prime shopping area as well as the train station.

The room is overpriced, very small. One package of tea is 6.50€ which is not normal.

Great location and very quiet with a fantastic staff There is a bit too much furniture in the room, the bathroom is quite small. The sink is the size of an airplane bathroom sink. The shower head and water temp controls are stylish but goofy in their operation. There is also no shower door like many bathrooms in Europe so no matter how careful you are everything gets wet.

Staff were all supportive and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Given the good location, I cannot complain the size of the room.

It is like a small boutique hotel The air conditioning was not working..I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, very small room and bathroom, terrible. At the breakfast the yogurt was expired and tasting really bad

This is a brand new design hotel, a luxurious boutique experience - 14 rooms in total (if I recall correctly). The hotel was opened a few months ago (early 2025) everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. Location is city central. The concept is that of an upscale guesthouse which is not open to the public, so people wont walk in from the street to sit at the bar. It is only for the residents. Nothing.

The design, colors, Japanese toilet and definitely the staff That we were alone in the hotel for entire stay.. it was ok, but sometimes worrying as reception is closed at 10 PM. Also it is excessively overpriced, as it was 1K $ a night.

This is the new House of Hütter w/ new ownership. Safe, clean, beautifully decorated, quiet rooms and comfortable beds! Staff was amazing- very friendly and cozy atmosphere!
