The gym The staff said they upgraded us but actually the down graded us the rooms was noisy from the street and the train trump the AC of the rooms were very bad.

Location, lobby, and breakfast staff. Rooms are small, stairs in some areas make them inaccessible, and price is higher than hotel qualifies for especially compared to other Kempinski hotels

The rooms were beautiful, large and very comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Great location for Munich. One of the original old school “grand hotels” Breakfast was great. Ice cream stall in the front during hot summer days deserves a compliment . Pool could have been bigger for such a big hotel. Overall feeling is a little impersonal and lacking attention to details.
