The view from the room, breakfast It was amazing nothing bad to say

Very modern and tasteful hotel with gorgeous views from our room. An electrician would ideally be on call even during the holidays: in one of our rooms (and apparently many other rooms), it was impossible to turn of the light.

Breakfast only 1) bed dusty and dirty althouth we adk them to change still the ned sheets is dusty & my eyes got infected ( Very strang). 2) only shampoo and hand wash in the toilets mo tooth brush or shower cup and if you ask its not availabe. 3) No laugge service you have to take you luahge to room and on chec out you have to take it down. 4) Rooms are very small. 5) No ectra bad to request

The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. Very near to tram. Lounge is GOOD do not use train go here, is a disaster because the train station no lift to move your luggage also the staff abit shy to greet, just as per normal

Really clean room and great lighting. Free drinks in fridge. Tram stop in a 3 min walk. 15min to city centre The view due to the main tram/bus station across the street. Too expensive room service.

The room cleaning timing and quaility must be improved. There was on day that we came to the room at about 4pm and the room wasnt clean , we complain about it but 2 days later we came to the room at 6pm and only then the room was cleaned. Also the quality of the room was poor , it looks like they are doing the minimum to room. It was very disappointing

Very friendly staff in lobby bar. Forgot name of one girl, but she was very professional about service and communicating. Even received free hugs! :) Breakfast quality is good, but boring. Lady who was responsible for frying eggs was not professional, so strugled with understanding what was ordered. Everything else was good. No bad things about rooms

Close to public transportation, easy to get to city center by tram. Nice hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the reception team was helpful and cooperative. The minibar was refilled daily for free, which was a great touch. The AC was extremely poor, and we had to request a fan during the summer. The hotel is far from the city center, although it’s close to public transportation. The room wasn’t very spacious but suitable for two people.
