Close to the tram and supermarkets nearby. Air con was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Room was nice and spacious. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but doubling them up helped.

Thank you for making our stay such a relaxing and beautiful experience at your hotel. The staff is very friendly and if you need something they won't hesitate to help. It's for sure worth it to book this hotel if you're exploring Munich and we're looking forward coming back here next time we visit it! -

Good beds, clean, comfortable, very good value for money The hotel is really okay, budget option so you get what you pay for and it was good for few night for us. The biggest problem for us was the construction going on close to the hotel, we didn't sleep so good since they started very early in the mornings. Good to know if you are easy to wake up!

Room was cleaned Breakfast was tasty After 1 night I found a lot of red spots on my skin I thought it was mosquitoes But after 2 night number of this red spots was uncountable and I felt pain I asked the worker on the reception to change our room But he told me that hotel was fully booked and it was not possible After 3 night it was worse, I really felt very bed and had red spots everywhere on my body, creams didn’t help me Some bed bugs in this room I asked the hotel refund me last night but no answer …. Very sad and bed experience, I was exhausted of this painful and my body looked very sick

Location to public transport. The Receptionist's attitude was extremely horrifying. I was asking regarding parking allocation and he rudely with raise in his voice replying he is alone and had no time for that. I ought to look for a parking space myself. "Allocating parking space isn't my priority now"-quoting him. It was my worst counter check-in experience from booking.com

Close to the city center, supermarkets and everything else easily reached at a walking distance. They still have that old system of inserting a card in to a card reader to open the room's door. It failed sometimes and I had to ask to replace my card a few times. Not the end of the world but they could update this system to a newer one.

Does the job if you are looking for an affordable and accessible hotel that is convenient for a short vacation. The rooms were cleaned every day, which is a rarity nowadays. The reception was very helpful and friendly, parking is available for cheap, breakfast does the job. Ibis met my expectations of a budget hotel that does the job well. Not a big deal but there was a smell emanating from the ventilator of the toilet everytime we turned it on. Also the room could have used just a couple more shelves but overall can't really complain. For 3 nights hotel stay incl. Breakfast, we got a really good deal.
