Good location and setup for breakfast Staff not as friendly as in some hotels

Friendly, helpful staff that remembered from the last two visits, in 2024 7 2025. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. It was cleared after I mentioned it to the front desk.

The price was reasonable for Munich. Staff were friendly. The location was easy to access with car and train. City center was near. There were many restaurants around the Hotel. The checkout was until 12:00. The carpeted floors had brown stains. The bed were not comfortable. The shower hose and head was loos and pointing the wall all the time. The Parking Entrance was very steep and its doors were very small.

Its close to grocery and easy access to transportation and close enough to tourist attraction The room is so small the bed is so tough the pillows are not filled well the carpet is so dirty the room is a bit dusty no place for our luggage the room is super hot the room smelled a little bit of cigarettes not enough toiletries the towels are so hard and seems so old no refrigerator no laundry facilities but the staffs are friendly and courteous and its really quiet hope this well help improve their hotel well in the future and yes the water is really refreshing

Breakfast is a complete buffet. It costs €17 aprox. I tried it three times and it was worth it every time. AC is not functional in summer time, at least in my reserve.

Staff and easy to use gym but the facilities needed to be improved Breakfast, I did not want to pay 17 eur to some carbonhydrate oriented breakfast, it was not healthy

Good value for money, very friendly staff, room looking fine - I’d stay again:) Subway connection is there but a bit of a walk, especially on weekends the stops of public transport are less often, but not a huge deal
