Many connections to the House of Communications, it is just 10-12 minutes bus trip. Amazing and fresh breakfast. A comfortable bed matrix. It took me few days to get the e-receipt.

New built , good facilities and clean AC was not working spent my whole night without ventilation , tried contacting ight shift receptionist, He said could not help , AC is working please check again , not bother to come upstairs to check, He was very Rude while speaking, Day staff was Awesome and helped me to register my issues

It's an Ibis at it's finest. Rooms are small but nice. Perfect if you plan to be out and about touristing. What was expected. We did not go to breakfast, so cannot say anything about this. Having gone to a cafe I can say that breakfast doesn't seem expensive for what you get. It has a small patio which must be nice in spring and summer. Location was good, 5 min walk to the subway station. There are quite a few cafes close by, good ones at that, and there is a supermarket close by as well. Receptionists were helpful. The cleaning was good and efficient. Nothing to complain about.

A little bit small, no cupboard nor fridge in the room

We were asked to pay €17 for parking, even though this condition was not transparently communicated beforehand. After a long trip, this was quite frustrating. I believe such important details should be clearly stated in the booking description to avoid misunderstandings.

Standard ibis rooms and breakfast Trouble with IT caused us to get locked out of our room so we had to go back to the reception, and we were initially refused breakfast until they cleared it up. I would think they would more proactively communicate it and fix it.

There was no telephone in the room to contact reception, so every time we needed something we had to go to the front desk in person. There was no microwave in the room to heat food, and in fact there wasn’t a single microwave available anywhere in the hotel restaurant either, so we had no way to warm up our meals. The price of bottled water was extremely expensive. There were no basic amenities such as a kettle or a coffee machine in the room.

You know what to expect when you book Ibis - predictable and relatively comfortable. 10 min walk from the metro, 2 min walk from the tram. We had a quiet room facing the inner yard. The rooms are always small and tiny (predicable as mentioned - it is ok), but having just 1 chair and no space even to seat properly for 2 people - very disappointing. Having a kettle would be great.

Staff was unfriendly and never at the front desk when needed. Facilities in the room are behind the standard definitely disappointing.

Rooms could have been a little bigger - what you see in the pics is exactly what you get

There should be electric kettle in the room which is more useful than a TV.
