The room was clean and equipped with all necessities. They were very welcoming and communicated well in English. The air conditioner was not working. They gave me a standing fan to use while I waited for it to be fixed, but it was never fixed before I checked out.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the free coffee and water delivered every time the room is cleaned, the service from the staff and their helpfullnes. The simple fact of whether you are entering the room after a long day of being a tourist, or just going to the supermarket and back you look forward just to lay and rest up on the soft mattress, make a coffee and joke around with the people that you came. The proximity to markets and also means of transportation is also great, you have many options and also many connections where you can go to. Just a nice and pleasent stay, highly suggest.

The position of the hotel, near the public transportation. The bed was comfortable. They changed the room and the new room was not cleaned properly. Dust, the carpet was not vacuumed properly. They didn't gave us bath slippers. Only if we asked for.....we paid over 800euros for 3 nights and it was a big price for what they offered. The same room was at a third of the price after we left. They rised the price because of the BTS concert.

Clean place and nice people Expensive on site parking 15 euros per day with booking for 5 people over 2 nights. They could count it in the booking and make it free

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel! They kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. A special thanks to Emilie at the reception; she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made our stay even better. The buffet breakfast was also great with plenty of fresh options. We are highly satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Nothing!

Close to metro and tram station nice quite neighbourhood value for money 20 minutes from city center air con and facilities were great Sofa bed could have Been a little bit bigger and more stable for comfort. Better shampoos should be put there were the 2 for 1 kind no conditioner
