Good location, very accessible to all touristy parts of the city. Lot of cafes and Arabic restaurants around if you want a midnight snack. Staff was accommodative when I needed to extend my stay for another night. Not very clean, everything in the room and bathroom was dusty. The duvet had tiny hairs on it. Room felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Housekeeping missed cleaning the room on the first day. The room was also much smaller than what’s shown in the photos, making it a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast is great! And the hotel provides many small items that may be needed. The environment around the hotel is poor. It seems to be a quite dangerous area in Munich.

breakfast were fine, not everyone but most of the stuff were friendly neighbourhood. it is dirty, noisy, MANY strip clubs on one street, the whole area stays up till very late at both room size. it's tiny, only me and my suitcase fit and view. well, there's no view, actually, my window went straight to the fire staircase and a wall

It is so close to the city centre (15min walking) and near the main station. The rooms are clean and look new. Staff is so nice and helpful, I would really praise Ricardo, in charge of the breakfast, he has everything organised and helps you anytime you need. Fresh food, lots of classic and healthy options. Front office staff also very helpful. They keep your luggage after check out in a safe palce, not just a room in the hotel. The area is a bit noisy and looks harsh but you can feel safe there.
