Clean and modern - No aircon in the rooms. With 30 degrees outside, the rooms in the last floor were boiling. Other guests had to leave their room door open just to have some fresher air come in. The street outside is super noisy, so leaving the window open wasn’t an option. - Wifi didn’t work at all. When reported to the staff, they said “sorry, nothing I can do about it”. - the whatsapp bot had outdated information. - the area is a shady at night.

Located 5 minutes from the Central station and 10 minutes from the old town. The room was comfortable and had everything you need, apart from a fridge and AC. Good bar and restaurant in thee hotel The lack of AC is going to be more of a problem in the future

Excellent location, good price, clean and quiet room.

Room was big, the bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel is attached to a bar restaurant and it was pleasant to sit there and have a drink later on in the evening. Check in was automated with a touchscreen. Staff that we met, were helpful and attentive. It was a little noisy after 11pm. People shouting and glasses breaking across the street. If this property had AC it would have been amazing, but I knew it did not before I booked it, I just wasn’t prepared for the 36c heat, but obviously that’s not their fault. For those travelling with curious youngsters there are strip clubs on both streets approaching the hotel.

The location, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The size of the room was different to the pictures shown on bookings.com. There was no air-conditioning or fans (stayed during a heatwave so it got very hot)

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located on a very noisy street. We also felt that having our mobile phones as the only way to lock/unlock the door was both insecure and inconvenient.

I didn’t like anything about this place. No front desk or staff. Dirty! Smells really dirty too. Not in safe areas. Too much noise. It is not a hotel. They just put name as hotel.

Close to train station Good location We arrived early receptionist was fab I had requested a room with two single beds and received message say this was ok we arrived but this wasn’t the case receptionist was fab and did sort it but were given room card but room had not been cleared we were early so just went out exploring and left room to be cleaned which wasn’t a problem for us. Should have checked they had air conditioning as room was boiling during the night

The location is amazing, the room itself is pretty small but has everything you need. Overall it was nice, but was expecting a bit more for the price. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The shower drain didn't work well so water kept piling up, but manageable. Smell from the drain in the room, there is no AC so it was incredibly stuffy and hot, especially at night, but at least there was a fan.
