The position of the hotel near bus and underground stations. The availability of a garage just under the building (you can go directly to your room with the lift). The clean, confortable, modern room. The room we stayed in was not very big. As we stayed for one night, it was ok, but it'd be a bit too small for longer vacations. Moreover there was no minibar/fridge. But it's a confortable, clean room and we enjoyed it anyway

I have back problems and the mattress was too soft. I woke up with back pain the next pain the next day. Considering this was a work trip, it was not ideal.

Great location for easy access to Munich. The room we had was smaller than I expected and the hotel needed cleaning.
