The location is great, 5 minutes from a public transportation hub (buses, tram, train), and 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of the city. Also the bedrooms are renovated and look very nice No safe for your valuables, no 24/7 desk, no phone in the room to call the desk. The sink got clogged for no apparent reason specifically after we had our room cleaned

the location I booked two rooms here: one for myself the night before a major, life-saving surgery at the hospital around the corner, and another for my mother so she could be close by during my recovery. She had just traveled all the way from Australia the day before and stayed for five days. On her final day, completely exhausted, she asked for a simple 1-hour checkout extension. The management completely refused, demanding we pay for an additional full day. The staff here have absolutely no empathy or core values. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Do not stay here.

The location is everything! Minga13 is value for your money. Clean and quiet. Around the corner many restaurants options. Couldn't wish for more. -

Great location close to old town. Spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Welcome air conditioning! Has car parking, want made clear this was an additional cost. But not to much, so only minor negative.

Location is great I booked in minga 13 But once i arrived they told me you have to change the hotel to minga 4 , they said all are the same company and same hotel although while booking through booking.com the rate for minga 13 was higher, in addition the breakfast should be included but they informed me that there is no more breakfast and instead they give me a voucher with 5 euros to be used in the bakery located in minga13
