myMINGA4 - Hotel & serviced Apartments

I got to the room before the check-in time. Lack of space to keep personal belongings. During my stay the bed was changed to a bigger one. To me, it wasn’t necessary, and after that the window could not be opened as widely as it could be before.

The location was great...right beside the old town. The room was a little bit small....but it did not bother me

Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything and the Sendlinger Tor Ubahn Station is one block away. Nice size room and bathroom was larger than expected for Germany standards. Bells toll early and regularly but in Munich you have to expect that. Great place overall.

Soundproofing was not enough to muffle the 6am, 7am, 8am bells from the church across the street. I could still hear the ringing in my ears after I left the accommodation.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the city center so you can walk everywhere and there is a metro station really close. The room was small, enough though for one person Internet is slow and disconnects sometimes, so keep in mind especially if you want to work.

Location and staff were great The walls are thin and I hear some people talking as if they are in the same room.

Clean, modern, good location, free coffee. Walking distance to everything was 15-25 minutes. I couldn’t seem to control the heating in my room, but it wasn’t a big deal, temperature was fine.

I stay there for multiple days. But one day they forget to clean the room. Staff is not friendly.

The staff especially. Cemal and cleaners were very helpful. Location is practical It was clean ,sink was bit old,yellowish but clean. First of all I couldn’t stay at My Minga 4, they had moved me to My Minga 13 without giving any info!!!. I had chosen twin bed but their understanding of twin bed is 90_130 cm. 90 cm twin bed ?!!! Room was too small almost like a cell. But Cemal in Minga13 helped me n changed my room, it was as small as the other one but at least bed was a real twin. There was no closet one hanger on top of the fridge and 4 hooks near the mirror. No desk, no armchair or chair whatsoever. It isn’t value for money . If it wasn’t refundable and Cemal with smiling face helping me, I would definitely change the hotel.

Simple and efficient rooms

Hospitable, kind, and caring staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, quiet atmosphere, and excellent location. I was so tired that day, and they waited for me, guided me to the room, and then welcomed me in the morning with a smile and positive energy - everything I needed that day. Thank you so much! Nothing to say.

While the walls seemed a little thin (I could sometimes hear conversations), it was quiet almost all the time, and the issue was minor.

Near from the center Old furniture

Location was convenient to Oktoberfest and other activities we did. Comfortable rooms. Quiet I wish they had breakfast included. I thought that is what I had purchased but the do not have facilities for that. There is a very close coffee/pastry shop with good service and food.

The staff was friendly. Great location a few blocks from public transportation, restaurants and sights. Good free wifi. Public area was nice and clean and had a coffee machine available 24 hrs. Its an okay no frills room which meets what they advertise minus the issues listed. My daughter's room shower head kept falling off and not working until the very last night (8 night stay). We told the person in the lobby and she left it off the hose every morning only for them to just shove it back onto the hose. If would blow off the hose as soon as there was water pressure. She basically showered with the hose in the tub like she was using a garden hose. Completely unacceptable. Our safe did not work and when I mentioned it the first day I was told it couldn't be fixed and it will be okay in the hotel. While it took a key card at night to get into the hotel, we never saw any staff member at night. So not having a safe could be an issue. It's a feature we look for in a hotel, and advertised as having, to lock up electronics, jewelry and documents. Some towels were torn and had brown stains. One set of sheets had brown stains. Neither room could get the thermostat to work correctly. Put it on cool and got hot air.
