Breakfast is one of the best. convenient transport links. the bathroom is too small. There is no door to the shower cabin. After shower completely wet floor. At the day of check in the toilet seat was stained. The shelf by the mirror was dirty. The condition was not work properly. The request for a double bed was confirmed but not fulfilled. no hygiene products, except towels and shower gel

The room was ready by noon. It's a very cute little room with everything you need. The breakfast was quite good. It's in a great neighborhood, a little way from the center but right by the subway entrance.

Great hotel, especially for the price. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked really well, and parking was available. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was quite ok. Could have a bit more options for "coffee sides". Room clean and with all the needed facilities (a small minus is the access by elevator, that stops at 4th floor - the room being at 5th)

staff was amazing and very helpful, and worked with us to give directions and assistance rooms were great, clean and quite nice. Hotel is close to Ubahn and Stassenbahn. There are small stores and bakeries nearby, and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available. Overall, very very nice. Not sure they can do a large breakfast vs. small breakfast. I would have loved a bit of breakfast, but it wasn't any big deal. Just sayin': maybe have a few things available at the bar for purchase: coffee, brotchen...

I like the location as it is near to transport - trains, trams and buses. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in room.

Staff was great: they were personable and helpful and gave us good information, directions, and general help We liked the location near the Ubahn and trolley: it was easy to get to the center of Munich. There were also restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We did not hear traffic outside our windows, and were also able to use the underground parking. At the time, we thought the breakfast was pricey at 22 Euro. However, Park Hotel Laim was our first stop, and now I think we might have missed a good deal. Suggestion: find out what is included in breakfast. Might be worth doing.
