Nice staff, good breakfast, clean/modern rooms The standard room was very small, parking very expensive (30€/day)

Beautiful design, comedy bed, great atmosphere at the bar, cool rooms (though tiny), staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tiny.

What kept me coming back, even when not staying at the hotel directly, is the bar & restaurant. The staff there are incredibly accommodating and the quality of the food and drinks (especially the cocktails) is superb.

This was the perfect property. It was very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the amount of facilities available was great. I was very comfortable here.

Out of city center, but the 21 tram was excellent connection.

Clean, Cozy, practical (tiny kitchenette), friendly staff Nothing specific about this location. In general I struggle with ACs. Whether for cooling or heat. I get a bit of a headache and my breathing is affected. Other than that it’s super and I would stay again nevertheless.

The standard room is not so big. The heating is just decent, it's better to have an ability to make it warmer. There are no bathrobes provided.

The rooms were not clean, rooms were cold, heating system did not work well..

We were also informed there were not many restaurants nearby, which left us with no reasonable option but to order food delivery.

It was all efficient and cold, much like the Scandinavian cuisine which they serve in bfast. The location is good if you want to use the public transport. Looking back i should have booked something more central. I will definitely recommend people with small kids to book somehwere more central as uber drivers refuse trips in munich if you dont have car seat with you. It has an aldi next door which is a plus. The breakfast was quite tasteless although i did eat there everyday because of lack of options nearby. There are very few restaurants within walking distance. I will not repeat my stay here.

Outside the city and about a 10 minute walk and 10 minute train ride ( if timed right- since you would have to walk around a bridge to get to the other side of the tracks, no underpass between 1/2 and 3/4) or a 20ish tram ride. Staff were helpful in the end but a bit overbearing when we brought up a confusion with booking on this website vs what was said on their website.

Nice welcome at reception. Upgraded room. Breakfast buffet was kept nicely replenished and hygienic. Team had good rhythm Air condition was not cooling very well - room very hot. Sophisticated blinds - but no instruction sheet. Electric charging was not working, according to front desk was not working for some time. The street is very noisy during rush hours

The location of the hotel was simply perfect - right between the city center and Messe München, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a modern and fresh look. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, soft yet supportive, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area with a tea kettle and coffee machine - a lovely touch that made the stay even more pleasant. The room also had a nice table with two comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing or working. The shower was great, and the presence of a hair dryer was convenient. It was impressively quiet, thanks to well-insulated windows and doors, and the three elevators made access to all floors quick and easy. Breakfast was truly outstanding - besides the classic options, there were two kinds of salty fish and the traditional Munich white sausages served with sweet mustard, which was a delightful surprise. Finally, the staff at the reception were always warm, kind, and helpful, no matter the day. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich! Nothing
