Totally digital access to the building & rooms. Hence, WIFI and a charged phone are a must. Opp the main train station & walking distance to old town. Good use of space. The bathroom/toilet in the Cozy Room has a fully transparent glass. There is absolutely no privacy. A very unpleasant arrangement.

This place was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious with everything needed. The host on check in was extremely helpful and the facilities fantastic. The common area was a great place to relax after a busy day our touring. Very close to everything you need including public transport etc. Nothing

The design of the room was a little overly complicated. Moving the kitchen back and forth was unnecessary!

The location is excellent. Next to the Central Station. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. They stored the luggage for free when I stayed away for one day. Very friendly staff. Has the pubic area for your essential needs. No essential items in the room but you can get it in the public area. Staff on site during the regular hours only. Can communicate with them through the WhatsApp.

Location very good. It is closed to the main train and subway stations. Very convenient to move around for sight seeing. No 24 hours attendants available. No easy to get advices on travel and traffic matters.

Loved our room - it was very spacious and modern. Had everything we needed and what wasn't in the room was available in the shared common area. Great concept! Clean, comfortable, great location and very nice staff. Nisrina was very helpful and sweet. If I had one thing to pick on it was the shower floor just needed a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy.

Perfect location for a München visit by feet. Close to the museums and the city center and near to the railway station. The location is quiet. The studio room was modern and with all comfort. The common areas were very convenient (free drinks ...)

Very funky please too stay. Very close to train station yet on a quiet street Access and facilities were very good Staff member on duty while we were there, apologises I do not have her name was excepionally helpful, friendly & nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable - more pillows (we asked fro them though & they were provided)

The electronic key system sometimes fails. But they have physical key replacement, you can ask for it. In our room there was very basic set of kitchenware.

Walkable and safe area for solo tourists. The public area is an excellent place to work, grab a cup of coffee, etc. Clean, modern, and environmentally conscious. The cozy room had lots of storage space, and everything was pristine. Washer and dryer costs 4 Euros each to use, but it was handy to have. The rooms got hot - 28 Celsius - but it was easy to adjust. The elevator was out for a day for painting, which was a hassle on one of the higher floors. I couldn't tell if some of the external noises were construction or guests in other rooms.
