Good value, easy to check in for someone with computer knowledge. Very Basic set up, needs a room with water and a kettle in it.

Very comfortable, easy clean and worth the price. No humans in the reception so it can be scary, but it was really comfortable so no problem! but if I had a problem, I would need someone to talk with.

This is not a hotel. This is the 4th floor of a residential building that has been turned into separate rooms some with bathrooms most without. When you enter the lobby it is pitch dark and you have to hunt for the light switch. The front door of the building is unlocked 24/7. The elevator was small but clean and efficient. The "24-hour front desk" does not exist as such. It is rather a dingy ATM style machine that codes your key for you and takes your payment. No human anywhere. The room is, of course, much smaller than the pictures, but the window is large and you can open it. Which is actually REALLY BAD because it shares a fire balcony with other rooms and anyone can come into your room at night if you leave it open for some fresh air. Which you will need to do because there's no air-conditioning. Also the curtains have to stay closed and for the same reason, or other guests can look into your room. The noise of the other guests is beyond noticeable, we heard people in our room when they were flipping through a newspaper or talking on their phone. I mean we could hear every word. The bathroom is adequate other than the inexplicably flat shower floor which let's all the water out all over the bathroom and into your room if you're not extremely careful since there's only half a glass wall to prevent the water from splashing everywhere. The hallways between the rooms are very dark and unclean. The mattresses were fine and the covers dis their job but the pillow are horrendous and we have to use towels to cover them. Convenient spot with public transportation all around and close but a "hotel" this is not. There are at least 3 other choices within a coupblocks of block, and they are REAL hotels with a front desk even.

It was easy to access and the interior design looked very nice. I would have liked to have a instruction message, but that's just a minor issue.

- just a good location for our trip - easy check-in/check-out - we are lucky that we stayed only one night - the sewerage system was not working at room 8 - dirty balcony and windowsills

Nice warm and comfortable room and easy to do self check-in. Free coffee at local cafe offered (though it was closed early morning). A good spot to get your head down. A bit of a walk from the station, not ideal if you have large bags. A bit pricey for a room with a shared bathroom, but this is Munich. Sound proofing inside could be better. No reception so might be tricky getting any tourist advice.

Everything was clean, and the self check-in/out is a great concept. even if the self check-in is a good idea, it would have been better if it had worked. My reservation wasn't in the system so I called the manager but no one answered me. I finally just payed as if I hadn't reserved a room. It was quiet a stressful moment but aside from that everything worked well.
