The room was a bit dusty, so I had to wipe up some cupboards to be able to store clothes in them without getting dust on them, the shower was separate from the toilet but at least it was private.

Modern, clean. Location was great with lots of restaurants and amenities. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options of food Access to public transportation was excellent. I had booked 3 months in advance and had requested twin beds and don’t understand why that was not granted up to the day I checked in. Quite surprised with the glass shower door. At least offer option to provide a privacy panel or some sort. Not very friendly reception.

The room was good, although small. The small kitchen was certainly usable. Great air conditioner and WIFI, wonderful and helpful staff. good location in the city with lots of restaurants and super markets around. Good access to public transport. There were no water boilers , no dishes or cups in the kitchen. Also the hotel entrance did not have a water bowl for the dogs .

The room was not properly cleaned. Fridge was not spacious enough.

I did not stay at this property as I said they changed ownership. They have my money and I’m waiting for a refund. Can you please help me with this? Thank you, Brenda.

Convenient location for us The soap dispenser was leaking. We stayed 4 nights but it was not replaced.

It was in a nice a quiet neighborhood not far from public transport. Felt like we could access each part of the city easily. Staff was very kind, rooms were spacious and clean. We could hear our neighbors very clearly, which wasn’t very nice when they were loudly chatting late into the night.

They helped us by taking luggages before check in so we could start our trip easily and check in later it was really easy and helpful thank you so much!

Good value for the money. Location; proximity to train station is comfortable. Strange smell in the room upon arrival. Leaking water in the kitchenette.

The staff were courteous and friendly. I liked the Italian restaurant nearby. That's it. Road noise was terrible. I'm not just talking about the several sirens and horns every night, but the actual constant road noise! The beds are uncomfortable. They feel like a big piece of foam that you sink thru to a hard board. They say they have a restaurant. It was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

Almost everyday hotel sends you messages to make early check in. You do it. Pay online. At message from the hotel says: just go to the self check in machine. And then you stay 30 minutes in the queue at the check in. And there is no such thing as self check in machine. Reception decided to make check in for group of tourists (some of them were paying at the check in).

They’ve been offering online check in for a week, even texted in WhatsApp. That was not marked as mandatory but was really annoying, so I gave up and filled the form. Please either rephrase the email so it says that we have to check in online or don’t bother your guests daily.

It was a phenomenal stay, and I loved everything about it , stayed there for the new year last minute and it was amazing. Room is big clean and has a so what vintage aesthetic Nothing

Cold room, for 250 euros per night they could have better quality! And at least breakfast.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Very nice room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant with hearty breakfast. Good location near several key spots. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Went to several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Over 2 KM to centre of town, but bus, metro and trams nearby.

Separate respect for breakfast. This is one of the most dense, delicious, and filling breakfasts I've had in my tourist experience. There was a very large selection of everything. And meat, and sausages, and sweets. The dining room was large. The room is quite comfortable and beautiful. The staff is friendly. The view from the window isn't great. The yard was sad. I suspect it's typical for Germany. Thank you, the floor was high and you could see the Olympic Park Tower from the window. It's a very strange parking garage, with a narrow entrance to the basement and awkward parking spaces. But I think that's normal for Munich. All the corners of the parking lot are sold out. I've seen many cars scratched from headlight to headlight.

Location and clean Check out 11:00 am, no water, no tea and coffee inside the room, no allowed to sit in the lobby with my gust, some reception people don’t like to help and always showing they are busy in computer
