This place is walking distance to the city center of Munich and the Hofbrauhaus which we really enjoyed going to during Octoberfest! The rooms are pretty plain, and there is no restaurant or bar on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also within a short walk of the train station!

Centrally located.

The only issue is there is no mini fridge in the room but the staff supplied us with ice in an ice bucket. Very friendly staff and perfect location!

Room was nice, bed comfy. Nice view. Parking nearby. Hotel was difficult to find but convenient location. Breakfast was in another location and pricey. We did not pay $22 for each to have breakfast.

phenomenal staff

A very modern hotel with young, friendly staff in an ideal location to visit Munich. It is right on the outskirts of the main tourist area and an arrangement with the local car park makes it perfect if you are touring. The hotel was also dog friendly.

Excellent location to trains, Marienplatz and walking distance to Oktoberfest. The staff at the hotel are all amazing. Especially Anna. Hope to get back there soon

Room were clean but very outdated. Breakfast was extra $22/ per person for cereal coffee fruit - not worth it. Restaurant/bar attached very rude people. Only thing about this hotel is good location- nothing else

Yours Truly was a perfect place for us to stay 4 days in Munich. The staff was so accommodating and even allowed us to check in 6 hours early after a red eye flight from NY. We also had forgotten to print a train ticket and they printed it for us. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and closet space for clothes. The only downside is the noise level at night on the weekend, however, if you close the windows and blinds it helps block the noise. Staff was wonderful and location was unbeatable, 10 minutes from Marienplatz. Would definitely stay again!

Clean room and friendly staff

We had a pretty bad experience with this hotel, mainly due to a SEVER lack of communication prior to check in on the limited check in hours. This hotel is only staffed until 10PM at night and if you arrive afterwards without completing a check in link you are completely locked out and your reservation is cancelled. This is not well stated whatsoever when you book online, or in the multiple reminder emails that are sent prior to checking in. We arrived at 10:30PM after an international flight to be locked out of the hotel, with only a number to call which took us multiple calls to get ahold of someone, not customer service, a security guard who had no way of sending us our check in code. I also messaged the customer service number on WhatsApp regarding our situation and didn't get a response until the next morning. I received ONE message from the hotel at 8pm the day of check in asking when I would be there and that they close at 10PM. There was ZERO mention in this message about us being locked out, or the reservation being cancelled if we didn't respond, which we couldn't as we were on a flight. We had to wait over an hour for the security guard to come let us in the hotel with the master key, but then were stuck in the hotel all night as we didn't have a code or key to get back in if we left. If you are running a hotel, you should have 24/7 check in and customer service available. The room was nice and clean but I will likely not be returning to this hotel due to this.

Good stay at great location! Responsive staff despite not being manned 24/7

Pros: Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Hallways in the hotel and specifically carpets were used and dirty. The environment is Munich Main Railway Station that has specifically in the evening a fair amount of "hangers" that might (or not) create an unconfortable feeling about the surroundings. Having said that, obviously very convenient to visit the city center and only 5 mins on foot to main railway station.

If you like to walk this is your place to stay. My daughter and I walked to pretty much everywhere. You canbtake the train to the airport. You can purchase your transportation card once you arrived at the airport. You can use it to take the train to the hotel and to move in the city. Public transportation is amazing. Close to different interests points and restaurants. So many things to do and enjoy. 🍻
