Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice It's quite far from city centre, but with scooters or public transport easy to reach

No refrigirator, not a real breakfast only some mini mini cupcakes, yogurts, bagel and some apples. No safe aswell.

Comfortable, no nonsense rooms, perfect for a weekend to explore Munich. Nice bakery just around the corner.

I couldn't obtain reimbursment for the first day as the strike of Lufthansa delayed our stay.

staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. the room was so small that two people could actually not move at the same time. As it was one had to sit on the bed for the other person to move around the bed. Cleaning services had to be ordered the night before and breakfast was Grab & Go we paid Euros 4,100 for 4 nights and 3 rooms during the IFAT it was outrageous for what we actually got. Will never ever stay in a B&B hotel again rather sleep in my car.

Toilet has a weird belching sound, without even flushing. I noticed this as well on my last stay in september 2025.

Quiet room. Easy pleasant checkin &checkout... Some tight/small room in not so cultivated condition. some missing maintenance/ quality/amenities. Location not so interesting/convenient, a bit distance to city center.

Convent location-close to DM and bio market, restaurants nearby, 500 meters away from the subway station. Very limited options for breakfast.

Conveniently located, has a DM, bakery and supermarket downstairs The rooms were clean, but the vents and AC looked dusty, the shower also looked like it needed to be cleaned better
