The location was perfect. Very close to train station and local stores and eateries. Our room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was delicious. The "air conditioned" room was definitely not air conditioned. The coolest our room got was 76 degrees. I would definitely stay here again but not in the summer.

Location was a bit far from the city center but had accessible bus.

Hotel and the staff were very nice Since we had a so-called apartment, they didn’t clean. It was an extra cost to clean. That’s fine however they can at least service and bring you towels and toilet paper.

Beautiful and charming and just a couple of words to describe this property. The breakfast was amazing and just what we needed to start our adventures in Munich and Oktoberfest Friendly staff, very clean spacious room, easy bus ride to the train station

Clean, friendly staff, amenities, close to restaurants and bus routes across the street Prefer air conditioning to fans provided, being in the loft, it was very warm and due to traffic noise, opening the window was not an option

Clean, great beds and pillows, windows and skylights for fresh air, great breakfast, charming staff, nice lobby with lots of seating and a bar, water available in the lobby. Nice towels. We fit five adults comfortably. Separate toilet with extra sink is a big plus in the suite.Bus stop is across the street. Two stops to the Trudering station. Blow dryer would turn off and on like the connection was not secure. All hotels now use same liquid soap for hand washing, shampooing and body washing. Im not a fan. Please note stairs to loft are steep so best for older children.
