Leonardo Hotel Munich City East

The air conditioning worked perfectly—I loved it! The hotel is also in a great location, close to a REWE supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, and both the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. The bed for the third person was quite hard. Unfortunately, my friend had back pain after our stay.

Everything was great, definitely got a great value. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location was great, for our needs, but I am sure this can vary depending on your plans. The only thing was bathroom door not providing full closure but not the end of the world.

Compared to other hotels in Germany this was a well designed spacious room. I did the express check-in putting my info through the website, so I got my key card right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful though we did not need to interact much, we didn't have any issues. The room had a kettle and a coffee machine. Next to the hotel is a Rossman where you can find any toiletries, there's a rewe for groceries with a cafe for breakfast and snacks. Right next to it is the station with S-bahn and U-bahn. You can make it to the central train station and downtown within 30-40 mins. For Muslim guests, there's a Masjid that's a 5 min walk away. Overall this was a great stay, and I think we got lucky trying out this hotel. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Munich. - I opened the windows at night because I don't like sleeping in AC, and the trains were loud. Not a hotel problem since the rooms are soundproof and it would've been fine if I closed the window. - We found a blueberry that rolled under the table from the previous guest. So although the room was clean, they didn't get under that table.

Sparkling clean, Very kind and supportive staff, Comfy bed, Very very convenient parking. I loved it! And also pretty logical price at less than 15 euro per night. Modern rooms: In the room there was a nice coffee machine, a big safe box, enough space for cloths, everything was nice regarding the room. Also the fact that you could control the lights etc with an iPad. Honestly, there was nothing bad! I liked everything there.

The breakfast was good, but there were only two types of cheese... I would have liked there to be a wider variety of cheeses.

It is really a nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything clean and very comfortable. Room size is on lower edge, but very practal and well equiped - exactly how is promoted and booked. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was very clean and good. We had a double bed, but the blankets were separated and small. I preferred to have a double-size blanket as well.

The hotel is very well located on the way from France Savoie to Vienna. Everything was perfect.

It was perfect, good access to metro, grocery shops. Only one side metro to München Hauptbahnhof.

Breakfast was great, lobby was comfortable and modern Visited for Oktoberfest. Beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, AC didn’t work hadn’t open the windows but the tram was so loud. Hardly slept the entire trip

Location is good , not city center , but near metro . Breakfast is really awesome, we love it a lot . Price is also great. Clean, quiet .

Unfortunately, the stupid - new? - idea of installing a glass door between the bedroom and the bathroom that doesn't really close has found its way in here too.
