The location was convenient. The hotel building is modern. During our stay, my wife’s personal towels disappeared from our room after housekeeping. The staff acted unprofessionally and were unable to distinguish guests’ personal belongings from hotel towels, despite the towels being clearly different in size and design. We reported the issue to the reception every day for three consecutive days. Each time, we were told that the towels had been sent to the laundry and would be returned. They were never returned, and no concrete solution was provided. As a result, we had to purchase new towels during our stay in order to continue using the facilities. Initially, I contacted the reception by email and was asked to provide a receipt for the towels purchased during the stay. Unfortunately, this was not possible, as all receipts had been left at the airport tax service department when leaving Germany. I then escalated the issue to higher management. Management later acknowledged the situation and explicitly asked us to purchase new towels in our home country and send the receipt for reimbursement. We followed these instructions exactly and provided the receipt, photos, and full bank details as requested. This email correspondence lasted nearly three months and required a significant amount of time and effort on our side. Despite complying with all requests, no reimbursement was made. After providing the final documents, the hotel completely stopped responding. I sent two follow-up emails and waited over six weeks without receiving any reply. This demonstrates a serious lack of responsibility, communication, and respect toward guests.

Very clean and tidy. A comfortable place to stay during the trip. The room is spacious for two guests. All facilities are in good condition. I especially like the sofa where you can have some rest after a whole day of walk. The staff are also very nice. The checkin and checkout process are convenient and quick. My friend found she left a personal item in the room after checking out, and when she came back in the evening, the item is kept for her safe and sound. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms are clean and Modern. They don’t clean daily. It’s either after five days or extra. Which is not nice.

Great decoration and great view from the room. Very well equipped with all appliances to feel at home. Right next to train and underground station allowing easy access to the city.

Greate room, excellent place near u bahn and a bahn. The facilities includes everything - laundry, restaurant, supermarket. Highly recommend The WiFi in our room was bad

The policy about cleaning every 5 days is not great. At least give me cleaning supplies and I can clean up myself. But if I needed extra TP or towels I had to wait 5 days ?Most of the facilities

I recently stayed at the Revo Munich for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the utilities I needed. I booked two types of rooms: one was a two-bed room with a balcony, and the other was a loft. Both were excellent. The balcony space was a lovely bonus, allowing us to relax. In terms of amenities, everything was thoughtfully provided, and we found every little detail well taken care of. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and really enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Munich. Null

The host(s) are incredibly responsive and proactive. Really nice people who are patient and gracious. It is in a good location - just a few blocks from historic center, shops, restaurants, grocery stores. There are several bus stops in the neighborhood that will take you in different directions so you can explore the coast or the mountains on day trips. This definitely a quirky little apartment. It has everything you need but it is very small. It is on the ground floor and the windows look out on a fairly busy residential road, so I tended to keep the drapes shut which makes the apartment dark. They have done a good job with furniture to make the most of the space but it is tight. Very little surface space. However, the value for money here is excellent - for location and the your ability to really use the apartment. The washer works well - there is a drying rack. I was there for ten days and, for budget reasons, cooked most days. It was a fully workable kitchen with an oven. All utensils, pots, pans, etc. The shower is excellent - good pressure.

Right next to last/first stop for the metro . Fantastic!! Super friendly staff especially Deanna. Super clean, comfy bed and pillows. Convenient having a restaurant at the property with great coffee!!! Nothing. Everything was wonderful

Location to the U5 was great for travel. Very easy. Nice that it has a grocery store attached to the building below. Loved the layout of the duplex. The Miracast option was very hit and miss, and rarely worked to cast movies. Stairs were extremely steep.

For Oktoberfest with large family. It’s s nice place to get access to city center by train. I stay here every year
-
Balcony was nice. Room was quiet. Close to U Bahn. Grocery store downstairs. Elevators really really slow.

Forgot that people are allowed to smoke on balconies here, would pass on the balcony next time as the smoke made it so we could not open the windows or enjoy the balcony at all.

It has everything you need inside the rooms . Great place clean , beautiful inside Worst location ever , despite being close to train stop . Public transportation in Germany is by far the worst OVERPRICED 4 times more expensive than the US for a single train ticket. Uber is also overpriced. Nothing to do with the prosperity , but Revo is way TOO FAR from city center so either train for 14-16 euros per person or Uber from it at 40 euros one way 80 euros round trip to city center. The unfriendliness of locals and language barrier makes it harder to navigate the city . Some locals speak English but are extremely rude and hard to understand. Plan in renting a car if you decide to visit Munich . Everything is 40-3 hrs away from one place to another . Very dissatisfied !!! Waste of money !!

Spacious, great value for the price, comfortable, has the essentials for preparing meals, fridge, super clean and beautifully well kept. The place itself is amazing, I love it !! Its location however ? a big disappointment. This property is literally 40min from city center and other major attractions ?, while the train passes right outside within walking distance, the cost of public transportation is ridiculous 14 euros per person to ride a « PUBLIC » train , a bus is 4.20 euros hard to navigate it given the language barrier and the unfriendly atmosphere by locals. an Uber cost me 40 euros one way to Munich city center. I spent 80 euros round trip every single day of my 6 day stay, not to mention that the airport is 35 min away!! And another 45 euros one way. The place itself is great but its location is terrible making it difficult and costly to explore and book attractions as everything is 45 min away no matter what direction you want to go. The meeting place for tours is in city center so be prepared to pay 80 euros to and from your tour, So if you do have 80 euros to pay a daily Uber then book it. I have travel to different countries and I have never spend such an outrageous amount of money in public transportation is ridiculous, a rip off to say the least. Nothing to do with the place but it’s location !!

The location is away from the busy area, the hotel is new, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast The parking access entrance was not clear, I had to park in the paid parking building and had to take the luggage accross the road to check in, the front desk lady didn't explain to us that we could park in the garage and where to find the entrance.

Very easy to get anywhere
