This is our preferred hotel while traveling. They are consistently clean. The staff is always helpful & pleasant. We have dogs so we know that they are always welcome and bonus that we are never charged extra for them.. Also, the quality breakfast never disappoints.

Hotel was easy to get around in and very clean. The breakfast was awesome! We didn’t like the $55 pet fee add on after arriving. We didn’t like the intrusive nature of trying to use the WiFi.

Great hotel. Room and bathroom were spotless. Nice selection of snacks and toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, so many little extras -from sauces to toppings. Everyone was friendly and helpful

The air conditioning and the room temperature were very sporadic and the rooms were humid. Need newer hvac. Everything else was great.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hours of amenities. Being as there were several teams staying in the facility we did not get much time because the hours are limited.

I liked that the lobby was inviting and family friendly. There were plenty of activities. The rooms were spacious enough that you didn't feel cramped. The bathroom had a decent sized shower not a small tub. I liked that there was a snack bar and breakfast every morning. The snack bar was helpful. Especially when you need a late night snack or some benadryl. Lol we also enjoyed the fitness center. There was plenty of equipment. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't more yoga/palettes equipment in the gym. Also the rooms need a microwave.

The customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From housekeeping to breakfast staff, it was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. T’nayah was wonderful.

I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
