Everyone knows. The staff here is the BIG draw. Excellent. Rooms? FINE, for me. BED wow, narrow, but ok.Clean GREAT complimentary am coffee (and breakfast). I am not into cold cuts, but there is yogurt. Almost soundproof. Good shower. Hey! This is basically a stay for Santander departures/arrivals...but very GOOD for that. There ARE plenty of restaurants around if you are using this for a base to explore area...the DUNES PARQUE in Boo is nice.. I am small. I wish I got a queen bed. Thought I asked. The twin was small for me...which is pretty small.

Good for a one night stop. We hadn't expected a free breakfast, so that was a good thing too! The room was a bit on the small side.

The Room was perfect, the staff friendly To find the place I had to call, since the information given on Booking and Google was very poor. From the street you can’t see the Hotel. May be by car ? it would be possible since there is an elevator directly from parking to hotel reception. If you are by foot you have to find the right elevator ?

Location and breakfast were fine. Fact that our room was "upgraded", at an additional charge, (without asking us), was not acceptable. Also, no air conditioning on a very warm night was most uncomfortable. Their online description said they had an airport shuttle. The "shuttle" was calling a taxi.

Overnight stay to be close to the airport, was easy to get to from the town. The concierge was lovely and friendly, the room was clean and the towels were luxurious! Breakfast was basic with a good variety.

Functional hotel. No frills. Handy for airport. Nice coffee shop round the corner Room smelt very strong air freshener not to our liking. Parking v difficult but the best 15€ spent in one of the few hotel places
